Terrible service
I contacted the dealership and after confirming the vehicle was there I traveled over 45mins only to be told the mechanic has the car for the roadworthy I asked if I could put a deposit down to hold the car until I could look over it properly, I was told no and to contact them in a few days when the car is returned only to find out they have sold it to the mechanic. no courtesy call or nothing. Why have vehicles up for sale and listed as comes with roadworthy if you’re going to sell them to the mechanic performing the roadworthy certificate. Not to mention they have a extremely rude attitude when it comes to discussing pricing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Aggressive and untrustworthy
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Aggressive and low even for a used car salesman.
After not being able to agree on a price with one aggressive salesman, another called me back the same day and accepted my offer. I even provided my Financial information for the deposit and arranged for delivery (I offered to pay in full also). Then a couple of days later right before the arranged delivery date and had heard nothing, I phoned to ask what was happening, I was told they would get back to me...and surprise surprise he never did.. so I called again and got an...Read more
other person who told me that they had sold the car to someone in Sydney!!! The worst part is... the car is STILL up for sale on Carsales.com!!! At the time, the salesman even told me that 'it was tough but he managed to get the deal - Approved by senior management'. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Great service. Great car.
The whole process wa s quick and seamless. Jaide was very professional and knowledgeable, and a refreshing change from some of the car dealers ive dealt with. The car I bought was very well presented, in excellent condition with full service history. Having quickly looked over their stock, this seemed to be symptomatic of all cars on the premises. As someone who works in the automotive industry I would certainly recommend dealership direct to anyone looking to buy a late model car.

Warranty Claim
I bought a car from Scoresby and everything seemed to be great until I drove back to Canberra and attempted to get a roadworthy done to have it registered in the ACT.
I bought the car knowing that I would have to do this and didn't anticipate any problems As the car came with a current Vic roadworthy where everything had been ticked off.
Fast forward to my inspection in Canberra and the car passed on everything except the shock absorbers. 3 of the 4 were quite clearly leaking and the 4th was barely passable.
I called and asked how the car pa...Read more

Customer service the best ever
Signed the contract, paid the deposit but then had a medical episode requiring me to withdraw from the contract. Dealing with the family staff (Andrew, Jemmah, and Michael) regarding return of deposit was stress free with their concern and understanding a refreshing experience considering what I was expecting to happen!
Excellent vehicles, excellent prices and excellent staff Dealershipdirect is highly recommended.

If you sign a contract with Mil-Lee car sales, dont expect them to honour it if they get a better deal.

Very misleading.
Enquired about a car, got sent a video of car and car was advertised as no scratches, scuffs or marks and full service history! Arrived to look at car, 2 hour drive and absolutely disgusted in the state of the car!! Over 10 marks on the outside and damage to the inside and no service information in the service books at all.
When concerns of misleading information was brought up owner straight away jumped down our throat by saying there was nothing wrong with the car and saying sorry it didn't work out and shoved us out pretty much.

Fast and Easy!
I just bought a 2013 Ford Focus off dealership direct and found them very helpful. The car was the cheapest online and came with RWC and transfer. I had my finance all sorted and drove off in the car within 2 hours! If you want to find an easy way to buy your new car this is the way to go!

Annoyed part 2
After calming down and looking more subjectively at the situation I would like to amend my earlier review but cannot access it. The sales people at dealership direct did misinform me from the start, and have apologised for the misinformation about the vehicles readiness for delivery/clear title. The problem with the car leaking (through a high level stop light, not the rear screen) was resolved in a timely manner. Leesa from the dealership going above and beyond being on the phone to me right up till 9.30ish PM trying to sort a resolution that ...Read more
made me happy, and even returning to the premises at that time of night to leave me out a courtesy car for when I dropped my vehicle off in the early hours before they opened for business. I still had to drive from Geelong to Scoresby to get the work completed which was a little disappointing as another reviewer on here claimed they had work done at their local main dealer and Andrew paid the bill but as I said that's no biggy. So, to summarise. Some of my experience was frustrating and marginally disappointing but the team there rallied to the challenge of dealing with a disgruntled client and came out of it in reasonable form. If it wasn't for the initial promises not being met I might have given them 4 or 5 stars, but 3 is, I think, fair due to my overall experience. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying from them or any other used car dealer to do your homework on the purchase process and ask the right questions to avoid arguments.Similar opinion? Car leaking and dealer not answering calls at all
We recently bought a car from this dealer. I had concerns with the way the purchase was handled as we were deceived regarding the cars clear title, which was only paid out on the day my husband paid the deposit. My husband still wanted to buy do he proceeded without my approval. Now we find that the whole rear window of the Colorado has a defect, that is common knowledge. All we did was google it and up came. It now has damaged the inside of the liner and the backseats. We have called the dealer and My husband was told he would need to take t...Read more
he car to Scoresby after he has spoken to the warranty person. We live in Lara!!! Now they won't return or answer or calls. It is still raining and our newly purchased car has a blue tarp over it to keep the water from damaging it anymore. We now find out that to fix it the whole thing needs to be replaced and the parts cost $150 plus labour and the time without a car. This is just typical please do not believe anything this dealer tells you get the car checked by someone you trust google known faults. Best idea is buy somewhere else.Similar opinion? no problems here
Recently purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan at this dealer; the car was beautifully prepared on pickup and the staff extremely accommodating. Just before the warranty was due to expire the vehicle developed an oil leak, the staff organised this problem to be sorted and because I live in country Victoria they had organised a loan vehicle for the duration. Regular updates concerning the repairs were given and everything went as smoothly as could be expected. Good experience no problems.

I have bought 2 vehicles off this dealer and find these reviews could not be further from the truth. I usually don't bother to read this rubbish but felt i needed to comment on these, as i have known Andrew for many years and have had nothing but great experiences both times with Andrew and his team. They are professional, polite and go over and above with customer service. Obviously you negative people have nothing better to do with your time. TROLLS....

Nightmare.
Organised to have the RWC and registration completed after placing a deposit on a vehicle I would have liked to purchase. No communication at all from the dealer, I had to call them every morning for a status update and was met with confirmation on the first day it would be completed that day only to find out the next day that it had not been done. Was quickly dismissed on the second day before I could get a word in on the phone and they stopped answering my phone calls by the third day. Have presently sent off the cool off notice as I feel I c...Read more

worst mistake ever!!!
We have had nothing but problems buying from this place. Nobody seems to know anything, nobody returns your phone calls, they don't do anything that they promise. They constantly say leave it to me I'll sort it but you never hear back from them. We will be ringing them ever day till things get done.
We have learnt from our mistake and will never EVER buy from these useless muppets again.

Worst Nightmare For Buying A Car
Never again would I deal with Dealership Direct. Traded our car in to purchase a car. On the way home the car we had just brought a Ford Focus started playing up badly with transmission slipping and steering wheel shuddering. Pulled over tried to ring office no one would answer the phone, rang their mobiles no answer this is at about 3.30pm. Sent txts messages finally had a call back. No help at all. The Ford Focus we brought has this common fault we later found out after we just made it home that the fault in the transmission and the shudderin...Read more
g can not be fixed and there are class action law suits in America and Australia against Ford. We managed to get our car we traded and our money back eventually. Now a month later we keep receiving bills in the mail for tolls that Dealership Direct racked up using our traded in BMW whist they had possession of it. We were told that our car will not be going anywhere or used till this nightmare was sorted out. Very rude, non helpful. Never again would we deal with them.1 comment

Spoken to a Ford dealer salesman and 90% of Ford Focus's are Lemons from 2011 to 2014. Even problems in models past that date. Yet Dealership direct keep buying them to sell to uninformed customers! The powershift automatic has from factory a faulty clutch seal. It leaks, then clutches violently shudder! That same Ford Salesman informed me they cannot fix them ever!!! Best result they've had is 6 months. Then problem has returned. Focus's with powershift Automatic's are useless, unreliable and yet Dealership Direct keep buying them! WHY? Because Ford are paying next to nothing for them and rogues like Dealership Direct make huge profits on them! That's not customer service, That's fraudulent! Obtaining profit by deception. I asked specifically if there were any issues with a Focus Andrew had on his lot. His reply "No great car, Always service and Maintained." He calmly and looked me in the eye and kept repeating himself. DO NOT do business with Dealership Direct Scoreby or Preston!! Unless you don't value your time and like being on the phone chasing them constantly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
