Everything works really well with my Dodo service. It's fast and never drops out.
If I have any issues their team are happy to help and gets the issue sorted very quickly.

I have very good network coverage. To date, I have not downloaded data, so cannot say about it. I have unlimited internet and that is fast. I find everything is good since I have been activated.

I transferred my Amaysim no to Dodo. After that I had problem to send SMS. Can’t contact technical or customer support. Only message them but no one ever called me back. Tried to contact through sales hotline, the staff just said I need to wait for 24 hours to be completely transferred. I waited another 2 days and sent them message to call back. They did not. Finally I decided to move to the other provider. Then, problem solved. Will never try dodo again or recommend to others.

Ordered a $30 pre-paid sim card - took a week to arrive, took a further 10 days to activate the SIM. Once activated could not use internet or MMS services - no APN settings came with the SIM card. Tried ALL settings found on the internet & none of them worked. You cannot call these people as they have reduced staff levels due to Covid-19, BUT there finance division is still working & took money from account PRIOR to activating the SIM card. Waiting for them to provide the correct network settings to get full service I have paid for - lets see ho wlong it takes them to actually reply. Not a good start with this telco..

Hi, I haven't been this much unhappy with a provider so far. unfortunately it is more than 2 weeks that I am asking dodo to change the ownership of two sim cards.Although following with dodo for more than 10 times nothing happened and I am really annoyed with dodo support. And I am not going to recommend dodo to any of my friends.

I have no real reason to give a review except I read some bad ones of others, n thought I like who I'm with. U know why? Great prices. When i call..... rarely... They fix things asap, and they are so nice! But really they are still the cheapest, I just like like that they are super nice to me too :)

I don't think Dodo has ever dropped out on me I have been very happy with their service. Their coverage is excellent and their prices and plans are excellent value.

Much cheaper plan now than I was on with another provider for the same products. Very happy with Dodo. would recommend. My Dodo internet and phone are now working and all is well.

Excellent Mobile Phone Package which is the most cost effective around.
Home phone and Internet Good considering I'm using Wi Fi in the House with a good Anti Virus Package. Service has always been good with prompt resolution of problems that have been very minor.

Network is always reliable and high quality power signal.
Message bank easy access and easy to use.
Download speed is very good and very consistent.
Quality of voice call is very clear.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with dodo mobile. I was concerned that going on a cheap plan would lead to cheap service. Can I say that was not the case with dodo support.
My mobile port had issues but when I contacted their support it was fixed in about 2 hours and I was called back. A+ for support, you will always have teething problems so having good support is essential. I believe Dodo mobile have the support for a fraction of the cost from other providers.

Had Dodo for years.

It took 1 whole week to contact to the costumer service, when I ordered my replacement sim they didn’t updated in system, I waited for 1 week then called again and made a excused, again my sim was mailed to wrong address and news to wait for 2 more weeks which hampered my job and got fired and lost my job. Worse plan Dodo

Bought a DODO sim, 2 days after paying still have no service signal. Trying to connect the customer support, nothing happens. I ended up cancelling it and switch to optus.

It was very easy to order the sim card online, postage was pretty fast, activation process was easy and smooth, took less than 24 hour for the service to kick in, consider it was during weekend. Very happy with the service overall.
