It was very easy to order the sim card online, postage was pretty fast, activation process was easy and smooth, took less than 24 hour for the service to kick in, consider it was during weekend. Very happy with the service overall.

I just have started to use dodo from last week. So far everything is fine. The activation price was smooth and it’s really value for money. I will be able to comment on other experiences a while later only.

all good no problems no dropouts and download speeds are sufficient for my needs. I don't know what else to add as I am very happy with dodo's coverage with my phone

Have joined dodo on there $5 monthly plan for unlimited calls and texts. My kids also have dodo and they and I are very happy with the quality of cell service and messages get delivered. Can add data if needed.

No it’s been pretty good with only a few blackspots, such as the odd Sydney area and at Limbri NSW where my sister lives. Overall I have been a happy customer

The process had clear and concise instructions at every step an absolute pleasure. I was never left confused at all and would definitely suggest to friends and family $5 /month to have easy way to contact my daughter....it’s a no brainer

Using Optus network coverage is not different and is reliable and is okay. Reasonable speed and no problems with the network performance . No drop is yet to experience so far

haven't used it long enough to give a realistic answer but from passed experience this likely to be as good as previous. Any further explanation would be a complete guess and that would amount to lying - no other comment.

Very cheap phone plan with no exclusions like the other cheap plans on the market and the simplest activation process i have ever experienced. Very happy to reccomend to others.

Cannot find a cheaper deal for talk and text mobile only - perfect for my elderly mum who has no need for data. Purchased at Dodo kiosk and service was exceptional.

I have recently made contact with Dodo on several occasions. I spoke with a customer service representative or technician who were unfailingly polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I would commend Dodo on the calibre of their staff.

You literally cannot find a cheaper plan that offers unlimited calls and texts in Australia.
If you don't care about data at all, this is the ultimate plan for your needs.
Highly recommend for dual sim phone owners, take advantage of cheap introductory data offers in one sim slot while having a permanent phone number in the other.

Some dropouts and non connections, but with national crisis happening, we seem good. Have heard a lot of whinging from friends who are with other service providers, and they have no end of trouble. Makes you feel glad I am with DODO.

I've been with Dodo for several years now (possibly 3) and have never had an issue. Mobile plan is very reasonably priced too. Also changing mobile plans from one rate to another was not an issue. Recommended

Never had an issue with the provider. All my queries were timely resolved. Good mobile plan for unlimited calls and texts with 6GB data including 100 min free calls to selected countries. However the multi media massages are not included in the plan.

Call Centre doesn't operate on the weekend and opens on Monday at 10am. Turns out you have to pay straight away with a card as Direct Debit takes a week to set up. People at the Call Centre don't seem to know their stuff and can't do much for you.

Since 22 January 2020 I have been trying to use Dodo on my mobile. Have had a replacement SIM (first one didn't work) and still no service - message Insert SIMcard!!!! No solutions.
