Reliable network for a basic SIM without data. Perfect for kids so that they can always ring home and not play on there phones + great for a spare phone as well.

Reception is good, data is fast then the previous serivce, so far the signal bar are more then 2 or 3, sometimes even get full bar, which better than before.

Coverage seems fine. No problems so far. Have not been outside metro area yet with it. However, the phone goes to voicemail after three rings. Have booked a call for advice.

Network is very good considering we live in the country.
I have had only 3 dropouts in last 25 months.
Staff have always been very polite.
I would rate Dodo a 5 star rating for their services

This dodo mobile service is very poor! They charge you a lot of money in the name of extra usage, i got $111 bill for $30 plan per month !!! I would recommend ZERO star for them!!

It was very reliable, no dropout experience been with dodo for almost 10yrs and never had a problem. My nbn speed was awesome download had no drama very satisfied and will recommend.

First l am taken off dodo prepaid as they no longer have this facility available, l have now purchased a dodo sim card, l purchased this on the 28th November l am still waiting for this to be activated now 23rd December. Not good enough!

10 days to port a number ?? They keep using excuses when I call them so I have cancelled. Stay away from these guys as they are time wasting and frustrating. I then ported my service to a another large Telco which was online and took 30 minutes

I was with TPG and got scammed into a cheaper deal with dodo. Firstly it took almost 2 weeks for them to port my number. Then after a few days I noticed I'm not able to accept mms(basic picture messages) so I called dodo and was told it will cost another $5 per month. What a joke of a company. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away from dodo.

Not ideal for people who wants to save money on mobile phones especially if you dont use it often. Im on a 20 dollar plan and ending up paying double for 1 overseas call as the plan unfortunately doesnt include calls to overseas. Postpaid plan is terrible as you also have to pay for cancellation if you decided to stop. 4 months remaining and have to pay 40 extra for the 4 months remaining.

DODO Mobile has been a constant challenge. After my one year contract I'll be leaving them and not coming back . When I join 8 months ago it has been an up hill battle with them.

Having a Dodo Mobile contract was the worst decision regarding a phone operator I had in my life. They didn't have any acceptable solution to use the sim card abroad. And their customer care is crap. Also cancelling the account is a nightmare. Avoid this company.
