Good service. NBN could be a little faster. I download a lot of tv and movies and would like it to be faster. It could also be a little more consistent in speed if download.

Reliable coverage and very affordable plan. Very happy with the communication and start-up instructions. Been a long term user of the service and decided to have another phone connected to Dodo.

The coverage is good with some dropouts. Depending where I live as I am renting, some suburbs are better than others. I would recommend Dodo to everyone with great deals.

First time customer....was told my mobile has been connected, its been ten days now still no connection. They say they'll call at a certain time, never do. When I call they put me on hold for 30 min, then to tech support. Problem still not resolved.

Using 4 DODO connection. My whole family is on Dodo except me. I might switch over to Dodo if service continues to be same. Coverage is better than Vodafone this much i can say based on my experience.

Aly at Chadstone dodo shop is Super nice and friendly guy, switched over my existing number from Telstra (I'd been a loyal mobile customer since 1994) & sick of paying $90 per month with only 2 gigs data. Its been a 3rd time that my 20gbs have been used up before the 30 days period. After requesting to offer an app so i can see when i go over or to receive an email or sms when I go over this has still not happened. Charged me $10 for 1 gb used everyday. This means even if i used 100mb on a particular day i was charged $10. Called up the customer service help and they were being very rude!! .So many better options please avoid this! You will end up paying more trying to save!

I have been with DODO for more than 5 years now and NEVER had a challenge with the srvice or company. No other company has been able to better them on price.

I have struggled with my mobile but adsl was fine.I also had to resolve my electricity issue which thankfully I have been able to. I hope we have a long relationship.

Porting my number over was super easy. I'm on the basic plan so I'm not sure what the data downloads are like but my plan is great network coverage is great. No dropouts.

Data is fast and the network coverage is working as I thought it would be, its prefect. Yes, I have been experienced some dropout although it’s been doing it most of time just going on and off.

Unfortunately, the minimal time between changeover and this request for survey is too short for thoughts to be accurate or adequate. The setting up of home equipment was not problematic and was quickly achieved. We have no qualms in recommending Dodo to anyone seeking a refreshing change.
