From the start of organising the transport of my beautiful "Arty", Dogtainers were outstanding. Very prompt with response's and always one step ahead in the organisation of "Artys" travel. He was picked up promptly and delivered to their office for travel the next morning. He was very spoilt and loved by the office staff while he was in their care. Our dog was moved from Netherlands to Australia. He was picked up and dropped off on time. All tracking information was made promptly and I was kept up to date. The tracking information was accurate and very helpful. My adviser provided very good and worthwhile advice throughout the whole planning and travelling period

Our two cats Minky and Lillith were relocated from Auckland to Orlando Florida .The entire process was handled by super friendly staff from vet inspections through to Los Angeles to linking flight to Florida.Cannot say enough thank you words to show our appreciation.

I'm really happy with the service dogtainers provides; they handle pretty much every aspect of transporting animals and are very clear about what you need to do yourself. The staff clearly love animals and take excellent care of them. They provided updates during travel and it was very reassuring knowing my animals were in the hands of people who cared for their well-being.

Our agent Sophie Powell was excellent. We had major stress with selling our UK house & shutting down our UK business, as well as trying to go through the stressful process of organizing our dog to be ready for export. Sophie was at all times calm, respectful, understanding & very helpful. We could not have asked for a steadier hand & competent agent, she really was fabulous. Our dog arrived on time, clean & healthy & very happy to be reunited. Dogtainers as a company, I can't recommend highly enough. They & Sophie were brilliant. Well done !!!!!

Dogtainers and our consultant Biljana were great - excellent at communicating all arrangements clearly, answered emails and questions really fast, priced well, treated our cat with care, efficient and kind process.

Dogtainers handled this move very well. Although not a common destination, they nonetheless did their best to provide top customer service. Dogtainers responded to emails very quickly. They kept us up-to-date through each step of the process, allowing as smooth a transition as possible. We were also provided updates as our cats had a break in the journey in Dubai. they did exactly what was needed, the crate was there on time at the airport and perfectly clean both ends of our holiday for my Border collie. Very easy over the phone transaction.

We used Dogtainers 10 years ago and they were excellent and our 2 pups arrived in great conditionand the service was extremely good.
We have just sent our same 2 of course through Dogtainers to UK and the whole process has been even better than the first time. Bibi, our consultant, has been absolutely fantastic, so helpful, great communication and caring for our 2 little ones. Any concerns (as you do have with such a big move) were always allayed by Bibi and with good reason - the whole process was seamless. All of the staff we met during preparation were also extremely nice, caring and helpful.
We are just so appreciative and happy we used Dogtainers..again.

The Adelaide team of Dogtainers could not have been more professional, and friendly at the same time, our girl, Bella the Westie, came from her home with one of your pick up drivers in Sydney to Mt. Gambier in Sa, having a change of planes in Melbourne, when she came out of the crate her tail was wagging, and she didn’t show any signs of distress, cannot recommend your firm highly enough, I was also very impressed with the cost, certainly not extortionate at all, and ended up being well worth the price . Doggo came out of customs wagging his tail. He is always worse for wear after a flight and takes a few days to readjust. Our Dogtainers contact even took photos with our little guy before his flight and kept us updated throughout.

Dogtainers were super helpful in preparing us for what to expect with customs and pick up and held our hand through the whole experience. Above and beyond best pet relocation service we've dealt with. Will definitely use their services for our next relocation.
