I got the fusion v6 Motörhead and when I turn it on, air blows from the top. I put it apart properly and read the directions twice to make sire I did everything right. Is this normal?

Is it a separate attachment? Lots of people say the regular head doesn't wirk properly on the hard floors.
Yes, it does, but I tend to leave the one head on. I use the head with the spinning rotors in it. It goes from hard floors to carpet floors really easily.
i just bought this and i have a charging problem. When i charge it for 20 min the blue light went on. But after 20min the blue light blinks. It has same situation when i use docking station. help please
If it is under warranty then I would take it back to where you purchased it from and get them to fix it.

I have had my v6 dyson for about three years and it just stopped working one day. I've tried everything to get it back working. The blue light doesn't turn on. I'm assuming it fully charged and there's another problem. I've switched plugs and does nothing different. I've check for clogs there is none. It starting by pulsing one day and I fixed that. But then a week later it didn't work anymore. Help me fixed it their expensive and I can't afford a new one. And I do love my vacuum it does a great job. It's got me back upon cleaning.

If it's has warranty take it back otherwise you will have to pull it apart and see if the motor is burnt out. But try another battery first just in case it's the charger take yours to the shop and put in there battery and see if it works

But after 2-3 minutes, unluckily, a shoe lace was captured in the cleaning head and it stopped working. I took the lace off, cleaned all the bin, checked flip (working), take out the head and filter, but as I press the button, it gives a cricked voice 2-3 times and max button flashes 5 times. I left it on charge (it was charging, since the blue light was on) for a couple of hours, but still the same. Then I took the battery off, placed it but no change. I tried with or without the motorhead and other accessories.
Distributor in Turkey refuses to accept my vacuum cleaner within warranty, since it is bought in US and this made me feel weird.
1. Doesn't Dyson has international support, since all the products are manufactured by Dyson?

Unfortunately, distributor of Dyson Turkey (Hakman) is not covering vacuum cleaners that are bought from US within warranty and providing warranty support for batteries. However, the V6 Motorhead can be used on both carpets and hard floors, so there should be no need to purchase a separate floor tool. Read more If you are not seeing 17-20 minutes run time from your machine, it may be set in MAX mode. In MAX mode, the machine's power is tripled which only allows for a run time of 6-8 minutes. To turn MAX off, simply pull and hold the trigger on, then press the MAX button on the back of the main body in once.
