I got the fusion v6 Motörhead and when I turn it on, air blows from the top. I put it apart properly and read the directions twice to make sire I did everything right. Is this normal?

Does the motorhead have an attachment for hard floors?

i just bought this and i have a charging problem. When i charge it for 20 min the blue light went on. But after 20min the blue light blinks. It has same situation when i use docking station. help please

I've had my V6 hand stuck for just over a year now and it has started to turn off and on while I'm trying to vacuum. It appears to be fully charged and is empty. Any suggestions?

I have had my v6 dyson for about three years and it just stopped working one day. I've tried everything to get it back working. The blue light doesn't turn on. I'm assuming it fully charged and there's another problem. I've switched plugs and does nothing different. I've check for clogs there is none. It starting by pulsing one day and I fixed that. But then a week later it didn't work anymore. Help me fixed it their expensive and I can't afford a new one. And I do love my vacuum it does a great job. It's got me back upon cleaning.

i plug my dyson in to charge into the charging station the blue lights come on for about a min then they shut off so my vacumn will not charge. please help

When, not in use, should the vacuum be plugged in to charge? Is there a way to fix the trigger to stay on without one having to manually hold it on?

I own a Dyson V6 Motörhead and when I start the vacuum it just stops running with-in approximately 60 seconds. The light flashes blue ten times and shuts off. I have cleaned the collection container, cleaned the filter and made sure it was fully charged. What is causing this issue?

Is the direct drive cleaner head that comes with the v6 motorhead ok to use on tiles or wooden floors?

My machine worked for a little while and then stopped. I pressed the trigger and a flashing blue light came up. It was not flashing very fast. I thought it was low battery so I replaced it on the charging dock. The usual blue charging light does not come up. Now when I press the trigger the blue flash appears again. Any help?

Can you leave the vacuum in the charging dock after fully charged? Will it mess up the battery?

Currently Dyson V6 motor head is on special $499,I have carpet and porcelain polished floors,can be this model used on porcelain floors ?It say it is carpet specialist on product info,but no information on hard floors?Anybody experience using this model on hard floors?

I bought a brand new V6 motorhead from San Francisco and it was working well. But after 2-3 minutes, unluckily, a shoe lace was captured in the cleaning head and it stopped working. I took the lace off, cleaned all the bin, checked flip (working), take out the head and filter, but as I press the button, it gives a cricked voice 2-3 times and max button flashes 5 times. I left it on charge (it was charging, since the blue light was on) for a couple of hours, but still the same. Then I took the battery off, placed it but no change. I tried with or without the motorhead and other accessories.
Distributor in Turkey refuses to accept my vacuum cleaner within warranty, since it is bought in US and this made me feel weird.
1. Doesn't Dyson has international support, since all the products are manufactured by Dyson?
2. What else I can check for? Any opinions to give a restart to the machine?

I want to purchase the V6 cordless but need to know what type of power source is needed. We are a military family living in Europe. With such a large purchase I'd like to know I would be able to use it with 120v or 220v. is this vacuume dual voltage?
