This really has been such a good product for us. It is always ready to go on the wall and handles clean ups daily that aren't worth dragging out the big machine for. I used to be able to do the lounge and one bedroom on a full charge but its dropped off a little now its older. Cleaning the dust out is easy although sometimes I need to use tweezers to get the stubborn chunks out. Suction is till fantastic. Anybody would be happy with one of these.

When we moved into our massive renovated house with 3 kids, I knew i had to have one of these. And now, there is no way I could live without it. We don't have a normal vacumn cleaner, as we have a cleaner come weekly, so this is great for in between jobs. Any time it gets clogged or suck, the super amazing dyson team on the phone line talk you through. Now that I know, I don't need to call them. BUT the battery does not last long, so I will definately be upgrading to the new one - can't wait!!!

Best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had. In the last 2 years it’s never lost suction and works perfectly. The battery lasts a good 15-20 minutes on normal, and around 7 minutes on powerful mode. It fits into corners and crevices well, and the attachments make it easy to use in the car or on blinds, etc

I love my Dyson original V6!
It's has enough power for me to vacuum my whole 25 squares house and it is perfect for all floor types which saves time as I don't have to change the head when I am vacuuming carpet to floorboards.
My only negative is that it takes 4-5hours to charge once flat.

We have had this for two years now and still hold it in high regards. It gets a good workout at our place with light coloured carpets and always delivers.
The best thing about is is its immediateness. It is always charged and ready to go and because of its clever solid design it works very well. If I could get a slightly longer battery time in boost mode, that would be the only improvement I can think of. Its a very good vacuum.

This was perhaps my favorite possession for a while!
They are so well made and satisfying to use, you just want to get them out and get busy.
They shine on floorboards in my opinion. You can do a whip around and have the place spic and span in no time. Boost mode is pretty short lived - maybe five minutes so you need to go easy there but overall these have plenty of charge in normal mode.
Emptying the bin can be a bit annoying but I find chopsticks are perfect for getting out bits of hair that are stuck.
Great vacuum, you will love it too.

Very happy with the suction and is used weekly to give a couple rooms a quick vacuum and does it job well.
Its quite light and easy to move around with and we use it for both tiles, hardwood floors and carpets. We even use it to vacuum our cars, which was a very good job! One of the best purchases we've made!

Very good design as it was advertised. It is easy maneuver and strong. We use it every second day love it. The battery last quite long after using for two years Ie up to 25 mins after every charging so it’s enough for probably two quick vacuuming in the living room. No complain at all

Loved this machine until it kept breaking down. First issue was one week shy of warranty expiring. The motor and cylinder needed to be replaced. Dyson replaced for free but if it had been a week later I would have been out of pocket $200 for replacement items. 3 months later the battery stopped working. As out of warranty I have to shell out $85 for a replacement.

I expected a product of this price to last longer than two years. Quite disappointing.

I just love love love my Dyson, best performance and suction ever!! So convenient and very easy to use and handy to store. I vacuum my whole house with carpets and wooden floors. I loved it so much I bought my daughter one and she thinks it is fabulous too.

I've had my dyson v6 stick for around 1 year now and couldn't see myself without it (as weird as that sounds!), I use it multiple times a day (because I have 2 messy children). We have a 4 bedroom house with vinyl plank floorboards, very plush carpet and tiles and the Dyson is perfect on all 3 surfaces as well as on our low pile rugs.
I have heard of people complaining about the battery life but I am able to vacuum my entire house without the battery running flat.
I have a bad back and vacuuming was always my most dreaded chore but with the Dyson stick it's such an easy job, I can easily do the vacuuming while holding my super clingy 2 year old.

I love that with this product I always have access to a high powered vacuum without the hassle of plugging in the cord of the big vacuum! It’s also very easy to manoeuvre around the house making cleaning and tidying up quick and easy! it doesn’t take up much storage space either as it justs fits against the wall nicely and the option is there to mount it or not. Also easy to empty and keep the filters clean! I use on carpet, tiles and floor boards and I have no concerns! Probably the only downfall is to use, you have to hold down the button which sometimes makes your finger cramp if you are using is for 10 or more minutes at a time but that is a very small fact!

Doesn't last too long off charge but useful for a room or two . I find that I need the boost button switched on all the time to get a good clean as I don't fine the normal suction to be strong enough. This is probably why I need to charge it so often. Overall though, it's definitely made vacuuming much quicker and easier.

I would like to say that Dyson V6 is one of the best vacuum cleaner in the world. First of all, this cleaner is so powerful because of Dyson's motor but it was so quiet compared to other vacuum cleaner. Also, you will be amazed when you see the efficiency of the cleaner. You will never regret for having it!

This was at first a great vacuum which had enough power to hoover up the dog hair from a golden retriever. This was off both carpeted and tiled surfaces. Unfortunately the ac power charger stopped working which means that it isn't much use till that is fixed! Good for small to medium sized houses.

For years we used ordinary hand held vacuums as a supplement to our main vacuum (currently a Dyson too). This is so far superior it is not funny. We have a 4 bedroom house which is mainly carpeted and this is ideal for cleaning. Obviously not enough battery life to do the whole house but when you consider the zero set upto use this that is no problem. Operation is easy.Thoroughly recommend this product.
