Thanks so much Easy Auto 123 dealer team for your help! I had a good experience with your team, esp. Wayne, Louise, Alex and the Business Sales Manager of Castle Hill Office. I can have a test drive prior to making the reserve with two days cooling period. Although I was slightly late to the collection, but you still standby to have it ready for me on that day and I also can have some photo shots with the vehicle ^-^. I bought used 2016 Toyota Yaris. Bought a Trailblazer from Mile End, South Australia.
I dealt with Wes, who was friendly, and helpful, and all seemed well.
Picked up the car in the dark, and next morning realised the windscreen was cracked, which they organised to be fixed same day. Surprising!
Then a couple of months in, the cruise control stopped working.
I’d purchased a protection plan through Easyauto123, so I was instructed go to the (ex Holden) dealer, and have it fixed.
After two attempts they still haven’t fixed it. Not Easyauto’s fault.

Scam added charges
The company markets drive away price on Carsales then tries to add-on $250 admin fee.
We were told they have been 'fighting' this fee that Carsales enforces on them
This has been reported to Carsales who have categorically rejected this and will investigate the scam

Looked at several cars at Henda location, Brisbane. Then the price. Easy Auto add several fees on to the price, $250 admin fee, $99 'sanitizer' fee. When asked, told is for the rent of the building! Salesperson stated the fee is not negotiable! A scam!

Bought a Ford Kuga last year May 2021 from the Easy Auto 123 the sales experience was very good, all sounded great and even bought the extended warranty for $1350 they strongly recommend, lucky I did. However since then I’ve had to go back three times. I thought something was not right when I noticed the log book states a different colour to what it is now. I wonder now if this car had been written off?

48 Hour Reserve "service" fraudulent
I made a $500 payment for a 48 hour "reserve" on a vehicle after making an appointment to view the car the following morning at 10am. When I arrived the vehicle had been sold and they let me know this as I was walking through the door. The $500 is interstate at head office in WA and the refund is expected to take many days.
Sean was friendly however his service doesn't overcome the bad taste of paying for a service that isn't honoured. $500 is a large deposit to pay for a service that isn't provided.

Just a heads up, buyer beware when shopping with this company for a car. They require you to book to inspect an advertised car & give you a time. They are aware that you will be driving for an hour & a half, but when you arrive for your booking they tell you it’s sold!!!! When you complain, they say you need to pay $500 to ensure the car will be there for your appointment, even though you booked & were viewing within the next 3 hours. We were never told this?? What a waste of time & such poor customer service. As I said, buyer beware

Easyauto 123 Edgewater; Warren was an ethical salesperson both knowledgeable and personable. I truly value honesty especially when dealing with such a big purchase. Brooke is exceptionally good at her job role, she is run off her feet but still manages to be focused and connected to her customer. They both went out of their way to answer questions, give as much information as possible to inform you as a buyer and opened themselves up to be contacted if you needed any further help.
We found this place during an online search for a specific car and are so glad we did. We will definitely purchase here again in the future.
Ridiculous Evaluation for Maintained Car
Went to Easyauto 123 canningvale, the sales person who was helping, evaluate my car and give the price way beyond the market value, i would say he just said a rough price and i was ready to purchase a car from them
Also he was complaining about the Bonnet - ( Honda Civic) its bit tricky to open he is saying its not opening as he is not sure about the car .

Salesperson I got, was not working the day I had arranged to test drive and purchase car, did not notify me or handover information to another staff member. So it was a mess around with no one knowing what I discussed and negotiated. Car wasn't detailed or extras completed due to staff not communicating and no knowledge of my intended purchase. Returned to adelaide on agreed date, as im not local for initial extras and again no communication between staff and call centre, car was not booked for a specific job. 7+ hours for a minimal job to be be poorly. No loan car.

I bought a 2020 second hand car with 7000km on the clock (although we were told by the manager it was a dealer demo) from these guys and had nothing but trouble. Although it was made difficult by covid they made it harder. From the fact that they refuse to negotiate prices policy, actively made it difficult to use my own finance to the point of ridiculing me about it and refusing to get documentation for me to provide my finance broker, and lying to me about the origins of the car. It also smelt of cigarette smoke, which despite being detailed and changing air filters since, we are still trying to get out. They didn’t include the stamp duty in the contract or register it in my name so got a nasty surprise at the registry office, and also were not transparent with dealer fees (almost $1000) which really inflated the price. Wish we had never gone with them. After the extra costs for stamp duty, 3 months rego and fees, we could have gotten a REAL dealer demo with 1000 on the clock, exactly the same, for the same price, but although we had a week to decide if we wanted to keep it it would have been a nightmare to return it, cancel the loan contract (we had with Nissan finance through them in the end due to the pressure they put on us) and would have affected our credit rating with multiple applications. I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but was interested in a particular car that 123EasyAuto in Canning Vale advertised. I live in Karratha, so needed to travel down to Perth to view the car. No issue with taking the car for a test drive. I received service that totally exceeded my expectation, friendly and professional.....and easy finance. Mitch did a fantastic job to get the deal done and Charles even dropped me off at the airport. Amazing guys....thank you!!! I suggest you do your research on the car that you are interested in. Cars are cars.....mechanically anything can go wrong at any time. It is the same for any car bought from any dealer.......do your research!!

I recently had a HORRIBLE experience with them. Lots of lies and inconsistencies. I was first told on Sunday, 15th August to go test drive and pick up my car on Tuesday, 17th August. Arrived there on the time I was booked for but the car was not even in. I was told to go and come back tomorrow, that the car should have arrived by the next day, Wednesday. ... Read moree available by next week Monday. Unfortunately by this evening time, I had just called the car hire company to extend my time to cover the weekend (I work mostly weekends). So as he offered to give me one of their cars to drive around until mine arrived, I told him it was too late as I had already called the “car hire company “ to extend my renting out to Monday because I needed the car for the weekend mostly. So on Monday, I give a call earlier in the afternoon or late morning, and spoke to a guy who said the sales guy I was asking of had just stepped out to get morning tea or a snack but he would let him know when he gets back. I asked that all I wanted to know is if my car had arrived so that I come pick it up. He said he doesn’t know but the sales guy would know about it. After about two hours later, I did not get a call back. So I called again. This time I spoke to someone else on the phone who said that the particular sales guy was showing a customer some cars and he would inform him so that he calls me back ASAP. Still no calls. So after 4pm, I made the third call. This time I spoke to the first guy I spoke to earlier on during the day who stated that he had actually spoken to the sales guy and was surprised he had not called me back. So I wasn’t happy and kept asking that all I want to know is has my car arrived or not? I was given the impression that it was on its way to Perth and I had a deposited a small amount to ensure that when it arrived, I would be the one to drive it first. At this point, I decided to contact the finance guy I had already concluded with since last week, just waiting to see my car and sign the contract. He then said he was going to speak to his manager and transfer the phone to the sales guy. The sales guy finally got transferred to the phone while I was on hold. The sales guy now told me that no one had told him all day that I called, otherwise he would have called me back (definitely a lie). So I told him, even if they didn’t, he should have contacted me by now regarding the car as I was meant to come pick it up today (Monday). By this time, it was about 4:30pm or some minutes to 5pm. The sales guy then told me that the car was not here as it was with the mechanic. I was surprised by this and said but this isn’t the story he told me last week? Then I asked what was wrong with the car that it was with the mechanic. This sales guy told me it was loaned to the mechanic. I was like what? He then stressed and insisted that it was a normal thing. They loan cars to mechanic sometimes. I was like that doesn’t sound right. That sounds dodgy and I wasn’t comfortable with how this whole thing is going. Then he said it was true and if I didn’t believe him and I didn’t want the car again I can get my money back. He was so rude. Honestly, I felt like I was the one who should be upset, yet I wasn’t the one flipping or wagging my tongue around. I simply said, “ok then, goodbye”. And ended the call. I am really hoping they record their official calls. It would be nice to know that the company could get access to that call and actually listen to it. Anyways, few minutes later I told the finance guy that I wanted to pull out and would prefer buying from another dealership . Later on, I get a call from their manager who told me that my car had an oil leakage issue and that’s why it had been at the mechanic and should return by Thursday or Friday, the 26th and 27th of August. This was a car I was booked to test drive on the 17th of August, since the weekend before the 17th of August. So many stories have changed. The manager insisted he was telling me the truth but I told him I had lost my confidence in their store and couldn’t trust anymore stuffs that came out of them.Great customer service

Posted by Richard. Bought a car from Easy car @Hendra Qld July 2002. DRIVE AWAY PRICE- is not the drive away price, add another $250-00 for "admin fee" I refused to pay it, false advertising maybe??. Cooling off period 1 day, was advised from the date the car is collected, appears not so, is from the date you sign the contract to purchase, which is usually days before everything is organised. The salesman needs to brush up on his customer relation skills, showed us the car we were interested in, then pretty well didn't really see him again unle

Easycar broker fee $950-00 plus St George fee $450-00. I know that they have to make a profit but $950-00?? a bit steep for the work involved. Collection day "our salesman" took us to the finance lady, didn't see him again, again NO "thank you for your purchase or doing business with us, anything else you need let me know" Finance lady was very helpful (at $950-00 she should be) every thing signed sealed and delivered car collected she did thank us etc, BUT.... not a lot of petrol in it, another expense that we should not have to cover. Easycar123 Hendra is a used car yard only, very little customer service, as the saying goes --"Trust me I'm a used car salesman" I don't think so.. RACQ vehicle inspection recommended.Don't buy the extras
THIEVES paid for darkest legal tint (got it tested its not) call up and Robin was rude and just kept telling me no im wrong
Offered him a easy solution to call tint a car and have them tint it darkest legal and all would be forgiven and again Robin just had his fingers in his ears and told me im wrong
I also paid for a dash cam that I was told would be installed before I picked if up Month later it just got put in today was also told it would make my insurance cheaper if I bought it. Also a lie
If they're lying and ripping you off with close to 2k worth of extras imagine what the cars are actually like let alone alone the warranty
