I just want to state that we highly recommed building with Eden Brae homes and a big Thank you to our site supervisor David Elliott for being absolutely fantastic. He was always contactable and very prompt and all issues were resolved very quickly. Our CSO Johanna was also fantastic and very prompt and all matters very attended and resolved quickly! The house looked far more amazing then we had hoped and the quality of build was fantastic. We would gladly build again with them and highly recommend to others going forward.

Signed Initial contract in 2017 Apr and land registered in July 2018, it took 6 months for Council approval that is only 6 months coz we started following up in the 6th month but Builders never followed up.

Expensive and they never put themselves in customers shoe, paid extra money though it was them who are very slow to keep contract current.

We are highly delighted with the services provided by Kayla during our pre contract stage. she was very responsive in timely manner all the time for all our requests . Awesome.

A bit slow begin, but finally not to bad. cost a bit expensive but worth. Customer Service Administrator has done good job. Always quick replied email, provided more information as required.

Kayla Griffin has been our contract manager who has done a fabulous job. She was very efficient and would get on top of any question we had for her. We loved the clear lines of communication where we knew what was going on at what particular time. Thanks Kayla for all your hard work and we look forward to the construction phase with Cameron.

My experience dealing with Jessica has been amazing. I certainly wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with as the banks were not kind to me but Jessica was very patient and supportive

The pre-construction stage went very well. Everyone at Eden Brae, especially Jessica, was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was very quick and clear with her responds to my emails. The Pre-Construction process went great. Jessica was great to deal with, and was very quick in responding to emails and followed up quickly on any queries we had.
The process we had to follow was made very clear to us, so there wasn't any surprises.
The initial cost estimates made ended up being very accurate, which is good.
Overall a great experience.

The pre-construction period was very very pleasing. Eden Brae workers have been extremely helpful in answering questions and to assist myself throughout the whole process. Even when we upgrade the last minute, they were still very helpful to ensure my needs are meet as well as ensuring the construction would commence properly to my liking.
