My project manager communicated with me and was active in ensuring my build happened as smoothly and quickly as possible.
There was one major fault a truss that was cracked through and other small issues.
I am fully confident that I can trust EB and Andrew my project manager to ensure repairs or replacements are handled as they should be. I understand that there will always be some post build adjustments required.
More expensive but this was not due to Eden Brae but rather the City Council who made things very difficult. Without EB support it would have been horrible.

Had a Great experience dealing with jon From start to finish he was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. everything from site visits to email updates were easy and stress free. The job was finished to a good standard and Any issues that were found were quickly fixed and without hassle.
All round a fantastic job.

After the first day of looking at houses we knew it was between just two builders that we were building with and Eden brae came out on top! Very competitive pricing and offers for our budget! Ben at Huntlee and Mandy & Skye at Thornton have all been very helpful and of great assistance, especially understanding that we are first home buyers/builders and explaining the build process to us.
Skye, our service consultant, is always very prompt to reply to any questions we may have and is always on top of things. This made both our home option gallery and council approval stages very smooth and easy.

So far it has been a great experience and we are excited for our build stage to begin!

Eden Brae have been professional but warm throughout our experience. Everyone we have dealt with has been nothing short of helpful despite difficulties with our bank. As first buyers we never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Highly recommend the staff at both Homeworld Thornton and Warnervale, the office in Thornton and the home options gallery.

The overall experience with Eden Brae was satisfactory, however, our customer experience we received from our site supervisor Jon Vilo massively exceeded our expectations! During the initial contract / pricing stages all staff where professional and helpful. During the build, if we had any questions or queries, Jon was more than happy to answer everything we threw at him in a timely and prompt manner. He was also sending regular updates along the way. After moving in we have have had a few questions and every time I've called Jon he has always been happy to help me out.

very happy with the Eden brae team at Thornton, it's our first house and Skye and her team made it very easy for us, taking all the stress out of our hand and made it very enjoyable for us.

Jon Vilo was our Supervisor, was very helpful & chased up any complaints we had, office girls & Justine Walker were very professional as well, the workmanship with painting was very poor, you can see where they patched & screwed the ceilings, walls have runs, chipped tiles were put on in the Main Bathroom, EnSite & laundry had to be ripped out & done again, tiles have been fixed, just waiting on the painting to be done in most rooms again. Jon has handled this well fixing the workmanship of the Tradies, but on a whole we love the house, our Daughter is now building with Eden Brae, just hope they get better Tradesmen to paint & tile

He was professional & very accommodating during the build, nothing was a problem to him.
He managed the project & all the trades very well, with a quality build.
The staff at Thornton from enquiries, selections, variations to the final handover were also terrific.

Skye was very welcoming and supportive throughout the pre-construction process. She took the role on part way through and got up to speed with our job very quickly. A wide range of skills are required to guide newbies like us through such a daunting process and Skye was great for this. Good communication is vital in these kinds of projects and we sometimes found that the clarity of information we needed via email was lacking/sparse but this is our only criticism in an otherwise stellar performance from Skye and Eden Brae Homes.

From the administration, all the way through our final walk through we have had a smooth run with Eden Brae. The quality of our house is amazing with only a few small defects that can be easily resolved. The team provided great assistance to all my questions, got back to me very quickly and were very professional. We did go through a number of staff changes including our supervisor during our build however they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Steve and Jon for assisting us with the completion of our home. We can't wait to pick up the keys on Friday.

Skye has been amazing and has explaind everything at every stage.
We haven't started construction as yet, but the display homes have fantastic finishes which is what drew us in.

Jon Vilo was a great supervisor. Easy to talk to, good communication and attention to detail. The overall quality was great, with only minor issues that Jon was able to quickly resolve. We had quite a few customer service representatives during the build process, some with more knowledge than others which became very evident during the process. Overall a pleasant experience thanks to Jon for taking care of everything.

Just completed our brand new home on the central coast, approximately been in the home for about 2 months.
We had such a great team assisting us up at the Thornton home gallery,special thanks to Anita, Mandy and Trudi who were nothing but helpful and professional and were able to guide us through the planning stages of the build.
Onto the site start we had the pleasure of Jon as our site manager who kept everything moving along at a brisk pace.
Overall the inclusions and quality are above none and would not hesitate (and often already do to family and friends)to recommend Eden brae, you will not be disappointed.

We finally got our keys today! Its been great experience building with Eden Brae. Jon has helped make the experience a really positive and stress free one. He went above and beyond to rectify any issues throughout the build. Overall the build quality is great We can't thank or recommend Eden Brae enough. It has been a great experience, and if we ever build again we would go straight to Eden Brae.

From the start of the process right through to the end we cant thank Eden Brae Homes enough for being there for us no matter how small our questions they always had the answers we needed. Our costs were exact, in fact we ended up with a small refund (fire allowance requirement, ended up not being needed).

Our house is in a new build area, when we compare our results to neighbors which used different companies (which have had cost overruns, lower quality and various issues), we are extremely happy we chose Eden Brae Homes.
