Disappointing, purchased product June 2022, product faulty and replaced from supplier (Harvey Norman) replacement also faulty and supplier refused to assist stating that two consecutive products could be faulty. Contacted manufacturer who advised that in fact the product had been fitted with faulty switches and offered to replace faulty switch under warranty, I was required to arrange delivery to their service agent. At this point I had owned the product for less than 1 month. Service agent replaced faulty switch and unit did operate satisfactorily through the remainder of the winter. Come 2020 and the 1st cold snap and the heater refuses to ignite. Brrrr it’s cold.

have not used it yet or attached to natural gas fitting. it has very sleek lines and love the greyish colour which will blend superbly with other decor/colouring. love the easy to use settings. do not suppose i will use the fan as havent before. settings are easy to reach and the grill keeps pets away. so easy to move. size hides its portability. love it.

I purchased this heater new about a year ago. In the first winter season the starter was not working. It was fixed and worked till end of the winter. At the start of this winter, the starter has gone again, it has been fixed again but not working as it should. I just picked it up from the repairer who said the Everdure has issues with the starter. I am not happy, a simple starter that needs work on it every year is unacceptable.
