Don't use zero Star
They said 1 day delivery but took more than a week. They delivered wrong parcel first and marked as delivered. After I complained they delivered the correct one.. please don't.

Instant DEATH for your Business
Woeful, unreliable, unorganised and unaccountable. Lost parcels, unreliable I.T. and/or practices used for their 'tracking' system and near-impossible to talk to when it all turns to custard because they can't deliver a parcel 2 suburbs away without completely stuffing it up....time and time again. And they really couldn't care a rat's-behind about it.
If you want to lose all your paying customers - these guys are GREAT! I can guarantee you'll have ZERO customers within a few weeks. I'm off to search for a disable Sloth with a van to see if he'd like to courier for us - as an improvement on our current arrangement.

The treatment I received from this company is unacceptable. First denying they had collected my package and telling me I had no proof, so they were closing the case. Even though I had provided a tracking number. I contacted Kogan, they confirmed Aramax/Fastwayhad my package and it will be delivered. I still don't have it and the courier doesn't reply.

You can't track it and Aramax/Fastway will tell you there is no proof. If ordering from Kogan, I will ask them to confirm which courier will be used in the future and if there is any chance they are using this service, they will not get my business. My parcel has never been delivered and now sent back to the sender!
My parcel BN5104130179 has never been delivered and now sent back to the sender after I’ve spoken 4 times with Fastway staff members. I called first on 19th of June confirming and correcting my address. Then I called on the 22nd of June and was promised that my parcel will be deliver on the next day. Terrible Service
My parcels from my Etsy business were delivered late and I had more parcels damaged than those delivered in good condition. When I applied for compensation I was told they would only cover 35% of the product. I had to replace all broken parcels so this has been a very expensive exercise for such a small business. I note Fastway is changing their name and branding - I wonder why??? Do your research on couriers!

Do not waste time and money with this company WORST ever
I needed a parcel to be shipped to a classmate, was not able to make it to post office, decided to use courier service to save me time, worst mistake ever, I signed up with fastway last night, and apparently you contact area courier yourself to pick up your parcel, I could not get a hold of their courier, called this person all day, and left message on fastway site still not a reply back, I then tried to contact fastway, there is no way to contact them except via online message...really?? this is the 20th century how do you still manage to keep customers if this is how you operate.
I have chosen never to use them after this first incident.

Absolute rubbish delivery service
Would give 0 starts if I could.
Parcel was dropped off at a collection point and not picked up for 10 days. After following up for 10 days straight and continuously being told the parcel had not been dropped off, it "magically appeared" and was picked up.
A week later, I checked the status of delivery and surprise surprise, it was flagged as undeliverable and had been sitting at the warehouse for a week with noone at Fastway contacting me regarding this. Not sure if they were planning on letting me know? Regardless I called and then was told ...

Just dump the package without authorization (Brisbane)
I purchased a very expensive Smart Trike for delivery to my daughter in Brisbane. I was able to observe the delivery on the tracking software. Unfortunately she wasn't home but to my utter dismay the tracking informed me they had left the package unattended. Fast Way was in no way authorized by me or my daughter to do so. When I queried their lack of authorization they responded leaving the package unattended was a Covid 19 practice. Utter nonsense - the driver can remain 1.5m away and not require a signature but would be able to verify ID...

the worst courier company
I have requested to redelivery, was booked and confirmed but never made. another time, I asked to pick up item for delivery, took 5 days did not come, I contacted few times, end up arrived, I asked the driver, he said did not know the order!!! very bad work flow and management.

It has been more than 15 business days but the parcel has yet not been delivered.
I have been told that the parcel is somewhere at the Perth depot but they are not able to locate it.
I also sent the pictures of the parcel to Perth Aramex office but haven't heard back anything.

The worst courier company in Australia.
10 out of 10 times this courier will fail pickup and their customer service is competing with their pickup/ delivery group to show who can do even more worse. After contacting multiple times, the customer service told that we are forwarding the call to the right team and the call went to voice message with no exception. To make situation worse, damaged items on transit.

I used Fastway for years, at times it was a bit erratic, however when they changed to the new service the quality of care, reliability etc has been shocking, 6 days, no pickup, no way to 'actually' speak to customer service and no way to proceed with a formal complaint. Will they be in business in 12 months time? Who knows. I've switched to NZ couriers.

11 days to pick up a delivery
11 days to pickup a parcel - kept saying they couldn't access the property although we have other courier companies with the same instructions coming every day. Next time will be with Australia Post it is faster.

Fastway have really dropped the ball
Absolute putrid service even with the understanding of the current environment. Booked on 9 April for pick up 14th. Rebooked on 14th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th. It was even escalated to the regional manager and assured it would be picked up on 23rd. Complete and utter crap!

Do not use fastway couriers - they never turn up
BOOKING REFERENCE: SN36RH - Booked a collection via Sendle Website on Monday 20th April at 10am, for pick up on Tuesday. Tuesday come and no-one turned up. I contacted them immediately, with no response. It’s now Friday and package has still not been picked up!!! I have sent over 10 emails to them and have not received a reply to any of them. They do not have a contact phone that you can call and speak to someone, they use email only. I keep getting an automated email saying they are trying to contact Fastway Courier's to investigate the issue....

This was an extremely important package that needed to arrive urgently, but no-one seems to care. LOST A PARCEL
I sent a extremely expensive parcel via fastway couriers.
I took out insurance.
The parcel was lost somewhere and I didn't get rieumbused at all for the product I sent.
I was out of pocket a lot of money as I rieumbused my customer.
Fastway did not do this for me.

USELESS!
This would have to be the WORST and most unreliable courier service out there. I booked a delivery and they picked up my fresh flowers and chocolates and then left them in the van for 48 hours before they delivered them...late. the chocolates were completely melted, absolutely no regard for people's parcels and money they have spent on them! Avoid at all cost

Worst courier company in the world
Have not delivered the parcel and don't know where it is . Sent Wed 15/04/20, should have been delivered Thur 16/04/20. Fri 17/04 and still no parcel .On line tracking shows pick up time and date and nothing else. Customer helpline operator struggled to speak English and was no help whatsoever, offering to email an answer in about 2 days . I need to know the information now, not in 2 days . Once again I am very frustrated
