Consistently Great Service
These guys are fantastic. 3 individual Amazon Prime Orders each received 6 days early. They are consistently always the Best Courier Service in Australia - except, it seems, if you are a Karen.

Credit where Credit is due
I have seen ALOT of bad reviews for this company and that is the reason I am leaving a review, my order from ebay turned up 5 days before the expected delivery date pretty impressive if you ask me, thanks Fastways and merry Christmas.

my positive experience
I have a flight out of Australia in a few days, so ordered priority shipping from amazon. when i saw it was fastway, i came on here to check them out and got really worried haha. but the package arrived on the morning of the expected delivery date! I know many ppl have bad experiences, but I figured I'd share a good one to give the other worriers out there some hope!

If you want your parcel to arrive 2 weeks after the projected arrival date then by all means use these guys.
They only care about picking up your parcel very quickly and taking there time to deliver it.

Arrived in good time but poor tracking updates.
I read the reviews after I had waited 3 days for my parcels tracking to be updated and I was extremely concerned. A few hours later I noticed the tracking was updated saying that it’s on board for delivery. I walked past my front door 10 minutes after the tracking update and saw the parcel sitting at the door. The door was open, I had been just meters away from the door all day and still had no idea it had been delivered. The tracking still says it’s on its way. The time frame from Sydney to regional NSW was 8 days (their website says max 8 day...
Read mores so I won’t complain about the time) the tracking updates could have been much better and more accurate and the delivery person could have knocked instead of just leaving the parcel. Good Co, prompt Delivery
I ordered Fastway Road delivery co through Interparcel Co as it was cheaper and i have a Doubt that delivery of my item will be done promptly.
Surprisingly Fastway Courier pick on time and status of delivery was updated all the time. Delivery was done quickly. So i am Happy and will use Fastway road Co again

Worst Delivery Experience
I had two packages to be delivered to my address. The time for the packages to be transported from Brisbane to Melbourne was not too bad - in total around 5 business days. However the whole situation started when the delivery driver delivered my packages. First of all when the driver arrived to my address there was no knock at my door or my doorbell was not rung. I checked multiple times throughout the day as I knew my packages were going to be delivered and luckily noticed that one package was left near my door. Only ONE package was left and t...
Read morehis was also not left safely - it was left completely out in the open. I checked both of my tracking numbers and both packages were marked as delivered, yet I only received one package. I contacted the seller as well as Fastway to ask where my additional package was. The ‘delivery driver’ in my area that I called said that he did not deliver these packages but said he would look into the issue for me. This was the last time I heard from him. I worked together with the seller who said he was informed by Fastway that my second package would be delivered by the end of the day and was still in the van. Turns out this was also a lie by Fastway. After many hours later, the seller and I found out that the package was delivered to a different address. I contacted Fastway by their live chat on their website, explaining my issue and I repeatedly received a copied and pasted response that I had to fill out a form and they would get back to me in 3 business days. When I threatened to contact the police, I was finally given the address to where they ‘thought’ my package was delivered to. Luckily the neighbour in my area had put aside my package and was extremely helpful with the situation. I was told by Fastway that the delivery driver would resolve the issue by the end of the day and re-deliver my package if I did not pick up my package from my neighbour. A week later, I got a knock on my door which was another Fastway delivery driver (NO MASK, NO GLOVES or any kind of protective equipment - while in a middle of a pandemic!) He asked me if I had a missing package and I confirmed that I had picked it up from my neighbour. This was a week later!!! So much for the end of the day...There was no proof of the delivery! Please be aware! Do not use this company! This was my first time using Fastway and it will definitely be my last. Constant lies, unhelpful staff, packages left out in the open, packages not being delivered to the correct address, no door knocking or ringing the doorbell when delivering and no mask or gloves worn! No notice about where my parcel is delivered: go find it yourself
This is the problem I have 2nd time:
- They drop the parcel in a far away news agency (not in my suburb)
- They send you no notification - no letter, no email, nothing ...
- You wait for a month with status unchanged "in transit" until you become annoyed... and then via the ebay log you track the parcel location
This is just the lack of basic customer care: you need to search and find where they drop your parcel!

I would rate it less than 1 star if I could
the absolute worst possible service. Obviously a complete breakdown in management consistently over 3 weeks delivery from Sydney to Perth, regular loss of items and staff have no idea where items are or why they satiate local depots for 8 days without being delivered. over 640 items purchased through online
services in the last 3 years... Fastway consistently the worst service. now refusing to purchase items sent with this carrier

Pleasantly surprised
Delivery from the central coast was really fast. I had a query about collection points that the staff answered over the phone in a professional manner. Package was in perfect condition when it arrived

Parcel delivery
My parcel was jammed into my locked mailbox and anyone could have taken it The courier obviously couldn’t be bothered delivering it to my unit so I’m very disappointed with the service

Very unprofessional company LAZYWAY
Once again my parcel was left unattended and no one rang the intercom. Other courier companies get that and I never have an issue. But I always have a problem with Fastway. It is no wonder that you have a 1 star rating with this lazy type of courier service. It is a shame you are doing nothing to improve this shocking service. In future I will not do any business with anyone that uses your company for courier services.

Good service, quick respond!
I send more parcel with Fastway now than before, I find it is very easy to communicate with them, they help to solve problem with delivery straight away. Their rates are also cheaper now.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond
I’m pretty surprised with all the negative reviews! I must’ve happened to get a great driver by luck then because I got great service!
Our doorbell in our apartment building is broken for over two weeks so parcels have been returned to sender/cancelled or gone to post office but the courier from Fastway actually rang me to come outside when he noticed it was broken. I wasn’t dressed properly so I took a few moments to put on something and he waited patiently. I was worried he would’ve just left. Anyway I was very happy with his service and wish the other deliver drivers (cough ANC cough) could’ve done the same.

If you wish to buy a Christmas present, order in August. The slowest courier you can possibly find. Items take weeks to travel from the Eastern States to Perth. I'm now waiting for two items sitting in Melbourne, which had I known would be sent by Fastway I would not have ordered the items I need. The last item delivered from the Eastern States took from 10 August until 17 September to arrive. Tracking information will show just how long an item can sit unmoving in Melbourne.

I was amazed that my package arrived two days after the seller sent it. After reading all the bad reviews about Fastway/Aramex - I was really worried but they came through and delivered on time, to the right place, rang the door bell. Good work guys.

Worst Delivery & Customer Service Experience Ever
Ordered some sheets a month ago, they were coming from 2 different companies, both located on the east coast, I live in WA
Prompt responses to the parcels being picked up, one Aust Post which arrived within 4 days
The other, being delivered by Aramex (was fastway) was another story:
I received an email advising that the parcel was collected for delivery on the 15th September 2020, following the tracking link there was no eta, but notification that deliveries are delayed 3 - 5 days due to COVID

Always slow delivery (even pre-COVID-19)
It has taken Fastway Couriers (or Aramax as they're known in Perth) over 4 weeks to deliver my parcel from Brisbane to Perth. They are always slow delivering, even pre-COVID-19). They never respond to Live Chat and never respond to any email enquiry. Appalling customer service - do not recommend.

Still The Worst
The package took five days for a Ten hour trip, Then dumped at the wrong address ! This believe it or not is probably the best dealing I have had with this terrible company, at least I was able to find the package this time, Give them a BIG MISS

Fastway(Aramex) Bendigo Vic
They have just re- opened in Bendigo ( Vic ) after some serious changes and completely new staff.
As a shop owner in Bendigo City, I use Fastway(Aramex) for my deliveries.
I get my deliveries so quick now under the new management and its the next day. Extremely Happy with that;
As for the new driver, I have found him to be very professional in his work, Very polite and courteous and couldnt be happier. The first day he introduced himself and explained that he will be the regular driver from now on. Strange but I liked that.

Absolutely atrocious. Took 3 weeks to come from Sydney. Avoid vendors that use this Courier Service.
Parcel was supposed to arrive on 11 september. Actually arrived on the 22nd September.
Same that the birthday it was bought for had come and gone.
Convinced me to never use this Courier is I need to send a parcel.

Surprisingly fast delivery
Ordered Genki 185cm Free Standing Boxing Punching Bag Stand MMA UFC Kick Fitness from Ebay on September 25th. It came in 2 packages and the estimated delivery time was October 7th-16th, first package came in October 1st and second package came in October 4th. Very surprised by this from looking at other reviews and also being in Victoria I was expecting a big delay.
Item and packaging were in great condition.
Tracking system could be improved, they didn't update the tracking number at all until it was actually on board the van so I had no id...

Beyond excellent!!!
I have used this company numerous times now. I can not fault them. My parcels have always been delivered on time, EVERYTIME!! All items are tracked, you get regular updated emails, and a photo of the final delivery. I have compared their prices to Australia post and there is a massive difference. Today’s delivery I was quoted 160 but with Fastway it was 70!! This interstate delivery only took 3 days!!! I’m still waiting for a letter to be delivered from Australia post after 2 weeks, and that was only a 50km delivery! Can not recommend this staff and company highly enough. Thankyou again Fastway!!!!!!

I’m in shock...
I have given 3 stars cause I think I’m in actual shock. My first parcel I should’ve received from this lot is god knows where so when I found out what I ordered recently was being delivered by this company to say I had no hope would be a massive understatement. Today my parcel arrived! Granted their customer service is nonexistent...I’m still waiting for a reply...but the fact I actually received it has blown my mind. Tragic though that receiving what I ordered should startle me so much.
