Fastway
The name is not what it is, it's slow... :-(
I had been buying from different online stores. Every time I've got a tracking number that says fast courier I was delighted cause it says fast but to my disappointment my parcel from them arrives late :-(

Very slow service | Name should be Slowestway
I ordered a package through Ally to be delivered from Melbourne to Cairns for collection in store. Due to them using Fastway the delivery is going to take well over a week to arrive. I ordered other online items delivered through Australia Post and they were with me in 3 days from the same location. Every delivery with Fastway either takes time or I have to go and collect from the depot as they do not call when delivering for me to run down (I live in a unit complex). When I know they are the courier my heart always sinks.
Delivery gone wrong again
There are two of the same numbers in my street both diffrent streets but either way my neighbours on the nxt street same number they deliver mine to her and hers to mine all th time
Why use them
They never deliver on time. 1 was picked up Sydney and then to Melbourne and is now back in Sydney. Long way to come to perth. Company is just a joke .

They delivered my parcel to the wrong house
The delivery time was pretty good, but they delivered it to the wrong house. My house is pretty hard to spot from the street but this has never happened before.

Booked Fastway thinking they would at least collect in 2-3 days. Booked on 15th Oct, collected after 2.5 weeks after complaints. They fixed it eventually, would use only last resort.

Parcel delivery
My parcel was jammed into my locked mailbox and anyone could have taken it The courier obviously couldn’t be bothered delivering it to my unit so I’m very disappointed with the service

Delivery is very slow
According to the tracking number I received, my parcel has been sitting in the Melbourne depot since Sept 16. Delivery dates were supposed to be Sept - 1 Oct. Not happy Jan!!

Its late but it did arrive
I have to say now that Aramex formally Fastway are usually late in their delivery but my delivery courier in my area of Leda can only deliver what they send him If its not there on time he cannot physically deliver a parcel to me
This time round it was late by nearly 3 weeks which would not be so bad if the tracking service reported this but my parcel went from "it has not been scanned into our network" in other words we dot have it to its on board for delivery 3 weeks later

Same poor service
The staff at the Launceston depot were unable to tell me where my package was.It was over a week late. It did finally arrive at my local P.O after I had paid for courier service. Changing the business name from Fastway to Aramax may, as the saying goes, fool some of the people some of the time, BUT.............

never knock on the door
have had several deliveries from a chinese site which uses fastway.. they always just drop the package at the door and claim they have had "authority to leave"..when they do this with a laptop and its destroyed ...its very hard to claim back to the chinese supplier,,,Banggood stop using this mob of cowboys

Late Again
Yet again a parcel delivery from Fastway is late despite being "guaranteed" to be delivered 3 days ago.
Will avoid buying from suppliers who uses Fastway in the future where possible.

Waiting and waiting and waiting
I live in Newcastle NSW. I ordered something from Catch market place. A few days later, i was informed that the item had been picked up by a fastway courier.
Two weeks later......it still hasnt left Melbourne! I sent an email inquiry. I received an automated response.
Ive emailed again and still have no idea where my parcel is.
UPDATE! finally has arrived.

Absolutely NO customer service BUT I managed to gain a VIP number and after 4 calls a nice lady answered the call and was vey helpful after I told them I was to take contact with Amazon USA and AU
a complaint has been made to Amazon seeking NOT to use them as they are bad for any business
the only place for Fastway and the new coat of paint Amarex is the Federal Court of Australia for Prohibited Trades Practices penalties
best advice DO NOT USE THEM and if the company you are purchasing uses them find another seller who uses somebody else
and be careful when agitated asians who deliver come calling at your premises and abuse you which just happened to me today
this asian guy damaged my front gate with his car door, yes a car door and not a designated Fastway vehicle and then stated it was too hot to deliver / blamed the weather and it gets better he tells lies that he actually attempted to deliver and when. he was confronted that he was no where near the property and CCTV never captured him, his story again changed
the better this show is shut down and the executives held accountable for misleading and deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct in a court of law
After receiving everything from Australia Post, everything sent via fastway is delayed or not even sent out yet...
fastway is unreliable, slow and don't answer your questions, stick with Auspost
