Loved how easy it was to book my hotel stay in Sydney Hyde Park - Pullman hotel. booking experience was so easy and allowed cancellation up until 1 day prior to arrival.

Well planned trip and package deal. Easy to deal with consultants online. No problems with any of our travel arrangements. The resort was definitely above what we expected. The only changes we had were made through the airline due to COVID-19.

We booked 8 nights and flights to Fiji with the Outrigger Resort and had an absolutely beautiful relaxing time over there.
We weren't aware that we needed to put a credit card hold on our card when we arrived at reception for as much as the accommodation cost per night. This encouraging us to stay within the resort.
Bookings were easily made and they kept in touch with what needed to be done before hand. We did have a problem in not receiving an Itinerary which hampered transfers and accommodation but was corrected in the next few days over there.

Excellent break to Hamilton Island, can’t wait to go back after coronavirus is dine and dusted. Great facilities, really enjoyed everything. Reef Hotel overlooking the beach and bay really good.

When I problem came up in the booking they rang me and sorted it all out straight away even though it was a Sunday night and out of normal working hours.

Easy to book, and no booking fees. Had to call to make changes to the booking, however, the staff were very helpful and responsive. Cannot use points to pay for any fees relating to booking changes.
Can only book one way or return international flights - cannot book multiple international stops -

With finances a bit tight, it was so good to take advantage of a points and pay trip to the Gold Coast for a birthday and catch up with long time friends ...not long before flying "as we know it" changed. No delays with Jetstar on the way up and Virgin on the way back....we did bump into some friends at the airport who were flying to Brisbane and were still at the airport waiting for their earlier cancelled flight. Great trip.

The room was fantastic. Lots of room to move. King bed, lounge, huge bathroom with seperate toilet. Big bath, walk in shower. Couldn’t ask for more.

My stay in Perth fully arranged with Fly Buys travel, points paid for 4 nights at the Comfort Inn, 3 stars with a 5 star buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
