My husband and I booked through Flybuys Travel, a cruise with Royal Carribean, due to leave Sydney on March the 12th, 2020. We cancelled the cruise due to us both having the flu, only days before the ship departed Sydney. The booking was according to the description provided and did not have to pay any additional fees. The booking was for 2 weekend stays in Melbourne to watch the soccer on the first weekend and watch the women.s T20 final on the second weekend.

Great trip, accommodation brilliant, all flights went well. Tourist attractions in Hoi An worth seeing and people there beautiful. absolutely loved Singapore, easy to get around. Gardens by the bay was extra special. Batam Island was amazing.

Booking was easy, communication was on point (with the possibility of lockdown due to corona virus - both flybys and the hotel were very timely and professional with responses).
The room was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular. Although we were charged parking per night not per stay as originally told. We had an absolutely amazing weekend away. Would definatly stay again.

I booked return flights from my home town to Sydney for a friend and myself, where we stayed overnight before flying overseas. No extra fees were payable and both flights were on time.

The Cabin was of a reasonable standard being well cleaned and looked after. The grounds were of a good standard. The staff were friendly and willing to help with any problems.
