It was very easy to help navigate the store, with great stuff to help along the way.
There are so many products to choose from.
I was very satisfied if the Australian made product.
It was very easy to assemble our table and chairs. The chairs were already assembled and all we needed to do was to put the legs on the table.

Went shopping for a new bed online while in iso. Choose to do click and collect as the bed I chose wasn’t in stock at my local store and had to be ordered in. Was waiting at the store by the time I was able to leave my house again. Good communication from FOF throughout the whole process.

We bought a new mattress and it is fantastic! The service was reliable and friendly and they let me know the expected timeframe for arrival. My son loves his new mattress and has said that he is sleeping much better and is very comfortable.

We recently bought a beautiful wooden coffee table. The website was easy to use. We were kept informed every step of the way. Our purchase arrived quickly. The store in Fyshwick were very helpful and had the table ready at the loading dock when we arrived.
The coffee table is beautiful with a natural grain pattenr. All out visitors have admired our new table. We are so pleased with our purchase.

From my initial enquiry with Zeke at the Gepp Cross store to receiving the item I could not fault this company one bit. Any correspondence through email was responded to quicky & all queries were answered truthfully and professionally.
Product arrived in amazing condition with the quality also of the highest standard.

I searched the Internet extensively for a side/lamp table and was super-impressed when I came across the Alavus side table at Focus On Furniture. This side table suited my Scandinavian furniture perfectly and was at a very competitive price compare to others that I researched. Very, very highly recommend it

Fast delivery and easy to put together. All I had to do was screw the legs on, I’ll take that over a flat pack anyway. Great quality and exactly as advertised.

Focus on furniture does not care about their consumers satisfaction.
Poor customer service.
Waste of money.
They don’t offer refund or store credits.
Think twice before purchasing from them.

If I could give 0 I would, bought nearly $5000 there, jut received my bed and it’s missing parts, I haven’t got a bed to sleep, we ring and they say they can’t do anything today, we can’t ring customer service, they say they have to pass on to them, we just have to wait and have no idea when the problem will be sorted. We said we want our refund then so we could just replace with other bed and sleep in a bed tonight to come and get the bed, they also said they couldn’t do anything about it. What u mean? We paid, they got their money and don’t care. Awful pos sale.

I have always shopped online, and the Focus on Furniture is so easy to navigate, clear & concise pictures of all items and there such as impressive range available.
Delivery was great, prompt and assembly was super easy

Love my new couch. Geelong store were great, and Danny the delivery driver phoned me to let me know when he would arrive and was so helpful and pleasant. Ordered on Sunday and in my lounge room Thursday. Most of my house is furnished by Focus On. Very happy customer!

I purchased all new furniture for my apartment and I’m so, so happy! The delivery guys called 40 mins beforehand, we’re on time and very polite. They even offered to put the legs on the tv unit. Table and chairs were very easy to put together.

Purchased a set of side tables.
Selected to Collect the items rather than have delivered.
A few days later, one business day after being told the item was ready to collect from the particular store, I emailed the company advising that we no longer wanted to go ahead with the order.

The order was cancelled, and only 80% of the purchase price was refunded.
Apparently a 20% 'change of mind fee' is appropriate, despite having to collect items myself.

Very disappointed at this, from speaking to shop assistant they have plenty of the items that I bought in stock, so they didn't miss out on selling the item to another shopper.

I have purchased quite a few items from Focus on Furniture and am never disappointed! The outstanding customer service of Jude and her team at the Frankston Focus on Furniture store is second to none. Jude and her team have been more than accomodating when helping me to organise delivery of my latest online purchase. A true credit to the organisation! I will definitely be purchasing from here in the future! Highly recommend!

Was very happy with the process up until the product was delivered. Ordered a 3 seater couch and two armchairs. Delivery guys dumped the items at the front door and refused to bring inside and not because of COVID because they didn’t want to. No assembly instructions included either.

When you call to complain about the delivery process no one seemed to care at all, once they have your money and signature on the delivery docket the customer service goes out the window.
Will never buy from this company again because of this experience. They are happy to not have repeat business obviously.

We got the Adelaide dining suite but without the chairs, it came exactly how it looked online and we are extremely satisfied with it! Will definitely be purchasing again #focusonspring

Bought the Wentworth bed, king size. The quality was great and the speed and communication for the delivery was excellent.

We ordered the Lorne Buffet and Coffee Table online without seeing them in person and we are very happy with them! The cherry on top was the fact that didn’t need any assembly whatsoever! Bonus!

LOVE the aesthetic of the furniture. The earthy and neutral tones are all accounted for, but there’s also furniture with a pop of colour to make any living space cozy and lovely!

We’re so amazed with the quality of our new lounge and customer service we received when purchasing it! They contacted us to let us know when we should expect delivery and called back after to confirm we received it and we’re happy. The 6 seater Winslet lounge is amazing! Super comfortable and a perfect fit for our new house!
