We loved our swivel chair so much, we went back the next week to buy another one.

The neutral colour fits in with our existing colour scheme. I love the inbuilt power point and phone charger.
The store sales people were not pushy, they gave us time to browse and make a selection before showing us the features. Paying and the organisation of delivery and assembly of our purchase was efficient. We were happy with all aspects of our interaction with the store.

You delivered me a faulty lounge and I had to wait 3 weeks for a Service technician to repair the issue. After several emails you refused to call me by phone to discuss the issue. I tried for 2 days to contact the customer service number with no response ( it goes to a message and then hangs up)
This is disgusting, and it is a shame as your sales staff are a 5 star. I will never shop again at focus.

Bought a my zone dual support mattress from here, didn’t go the real expensive one as on a budget, so wasn’t expecting it to be fantastic. But, it is so lovely and comfortable. Can’t believe it for the price.

We bought set of sofas from Nunawading store and our experience was real good. In store we had sales exec explaining every bits of the benefits. Once we decided to buy, the Sales exec took us through the process for delivery install etc. Delivery happened as planned. We had an issue with one product for which they scheduled for someone to look at at too. Great experience overall!

We buy 4 matrace in store, have 10 years variants, but one the matrace it's not good, technician it's not doing the job, fot it's pay for. Unfortunately it's not help from main office, it's not help from customers service, and it's not help from manager store at Preston. It's just discussting how nobody want help, I sand so much money, but not solutions. Look like only solutions it's go to current affairs, and put you on the spot, with video of technician and Preston store.

I had been to a few stores looking for king single bed base and this store stood out because of the amazing customer service. The moment I walked in the guy was so helpful, the lady who arranged my order over the phone was very friendly and the guy we picked it up from was also very friendly. Base was easy to put together took less then 20min, materials are high quality it's perfect.

We purchased 4 Alpine chairs. They are very comfortable, stylish and enhance the appearance of our dining area.

After searching for a white Hampton style buffet we decided flat pack was not for us. We saw just the right well made Tudor buffet at Dandenong Focus On Furniture. Tori the sales representative was helpful, honest
and cheery. Just what we wanted so we bought it. It was delivered within a week in excellent order. They put it right where we wanted it to be. Just removed the cardboard protection. No Hassle !

Dec 21 I purchased a full home package bedroom, dining room and living room furniture. Absolutely loved the furniture. 2 weeks ago needed another chest of drawers. Unfortunately the furniture is no longer made. There was a smaller one similar but not ideal. Anyhow my partner went to Preston to look for one similar. The store assistant Sandra helped my partner Paul and did a search and found by stock take 2 left. Omg. It was kept a secret from me until delivery and set up. So stoked. Best Birthday present ever and my furniture all matches.

Purchased the academy swivel chair and love it. Have it in our bedroom for my reading nook and it is perfectly comfy and soft. Friendly staff in store helped with any questions and delivery was quick.

I went to purchase a sofa, staff greeted nicely and asked about my requirements. Sofa model is available in Hoppers crossing store so it was easy to check and select the product.

I bought a tall boy for my daughter and opted to pick it up myself, you can only pick up between 10 and 12, not the issue, the issue is they expect you to move all of the boxes in their warehouse so you can collect yours, this didn’t happen with me I asked them to move their other stock so I could safely grab mine, in the end just picked it up and walked out. Very poor.

The most comfortable chair I've ever brought. I'm having a few health issues and this chair makes it more bearable. Plus I do a few crafts, diamond art, crosswords, costume jewellery and being able to swivel while doing the things I enjoy also makes it easier. It's a must have. The furniture throughout store was all lovely and made it hard to choose, lovely rugs, which I will be back for one as soon as $$$ permits. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

On the 2 occasions I visited the South Wharf Focus on Furniture store these cheerful and helpful ladies have made the shopping experience a joy.
