Crap service & crap cars. So bloody unreliable!! Won't buy a Ford ever again, scorned Ford buyer
Bought an XR8 UTE, absolute piece of crap. Have spent nearly 6k now getting it repaired, paid 10k - not worth a grand, absolute piece of crap ! Would not recommend buying Ford's, especially BA UTES.

Dodgy as...
Do not use these people: you are likely to leave the premises with more problems than you entered with. Fairly hostile, negative response to customer complaints about sudden appearance of previously non-existent faults. Go somewhere else, management changes every year or so anyway.

Bought a Ford Ranger Wildtrak from Macarthur Ford Campbelltown over the weekend, I found the customer service exceptional and friendly, answered all my questions and offered helpful advise.

We purchased a ECOLPG gas exclusive Ford XR6 in 2012 which was recalled in 2013 for an "inspection". Our car was stamped with a "7" in lieu of a "5" which was deemed to require a new head under warranty. The head on our vehicle failed at 178,000 kilometres and we were informed by the repairer that the exhaust valves fitted to our car were only suitable for petrol engines and were not designed for an exclusive gas fueled vehicle. Very poor customer care
I brought my car in for a booked service on (7/5/19) and at 1600hrs the service man called to tell me my car was not ready due to transmission issues which were apparently fixed before, the previous year. At midday on 8/5/19 I was informed that my transmission could not be fixed until I bought a new battery. I asked what happened to the battery but I was told it just stopped. battery that was working perfectly in the last 24 hours just stopped without any previous issues or warnings. Unless during servicing someone did something wrong and the battery was damaged. The battery was working well before service and i had no issues with it and then during the time that the car is under the care of Ford the battery just dies with no explanation. I duly explained this to the assistant manager and all I got was if you don’t buy a new battery, we won’t fix your transmission (which is under warranty). I was not given any explanation on how the battery just stopped working!! Dear Ford, I may only be one customer but all customers are important after all the service is not free. There are many service areas around Perth. We all deserve proper explanations and good customer care. Ford Fiesta Faulty Transmission
After 8 years of being stuffed around & told that the transmission on my Ford Fiesta was still being "worn in" or "the software needs to be updated" i lost trust with Ford & especially City Ford Rockdale. I have had a case opened up by Ford Australia & have dealt with a case manager for the last 2 months only for them to tell me again that there's nothing wrong with the vehicle even though the mechanic at Ford Rockdale told me the car is a lemon & Ford should be giving back everyone who purchased these cars a full refund.

that if i am after a payout or some sort of compensation the car would be valued as it currently is. How is that fair? When i bought the car in 2011 it was already faulty. I took it back to Ford Rockdale multiple times after i purchased it & was just turned away every time but now i'm told because i took so long to report it the car value has gone down. I lost trust in Ford Rockdale which is why i refused to to back & get the car serviced with them & just dealt with the issue as it was far easier than being treated like an idiot. Then it comes out in the media that there are issues with the cars & Ford have been lying about these issues. I was also told that a full payout would be highly unlikely as my car has only had 2 clutch replacements & owners who were getting full payouts have had 8 to 9 clutch replacements. It's a bit of a joke if you buy a brand new car & have to get 8 to 9 clutch replacements to make the car driveable. This is totally unacceptable from Ford Australia & my dealership City Ford Rockdale. As a consumer i have been sold a faulty product & have dealt with it since 2011 & now am being told "if" a payout is applicable to my case then it would be at the current value of the car. I wouldn't even be able to sell this car for more than about $1500 & it's in great condition & only done about 79,000 kms in about 8 years. I will be taking this further & i urge all affected Ford owners to contact Ford Australia & start an individual case. Don't take no for an answer & stand up for your rights. It's in Ford's best interests just to say no to everyone regardless of their individual cases but keep pushing them & opening new cases until you get a favourable result.Similar opinion? Disgusting after sales service
While testing driving a second hand car there was a few noises coming from the motor and a chip in the windshield. Was told it would be fixed up in the full service. We stupidly took the car before that happened and made a appointment for full service. When we picked it up was told that it had already been serviced when they got it so the noises and windscreen still remain.
We confronted Salesman and Manager only to have a play on words and total denial from the salesman. Out of the kindness of their heart was told they would fix the windscreen and that was about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything. Totally ripped off.

Victory Ford worst dealership buy elsewhere!
Disgusting customer service, rude arrogant and dishonest sale staff. Buyer beware. Avoid dealing here at all costs. Won't deliver on promises and will trap you. Sub standard product delivered and not interested in fixing faults, salesman only got more abusive. Ford Australia not interested in resolving sales complaints and no reply from dealer owner.

FORD VICTORY NSW insulted in front of my kids by sale person
i called Ford Victory NSW to book for a test drive for Raptor
when i arrived the sale person informed me that hes has No raptor available for test drive drive
,they didnt told me that when i made the booking, so i drove 25Km for nothing
the sale guy then tell me i can test drive the Ranger XLT 2 liters as its exact same engine as Raptor
ok i am here so i might as well, that will give an idea of what the Raptor got under the bunnet

i said no of course i cannot buy a car before having a test drive

Very very disappointed with the level of customer service. Booked Ford Ranger for factory recall for installation of heat shields 2 weeks prior and 60000klm service. Conditional they will do both the same day. Contacted again a week later to check they had heat shields they confirmed they did. Then I receive a call day before they don't have any heat shields. ce contacted another dealer. They explained to me up front the heat shields are out of stock and have been for awhile took my details and will contact me when available. Very Polite and professional. My service is being done today elsewhere. I will never use Titan Ford again. Lane Ford Mandurah - After Sales Servicing.
Purchased my car from them and had always had it service by them but not anymore due to the fact that they serviced and and charged me $49 to clean and re-oil (rejuvenate) the BMC air filter in my car. When the car was service again by them they informed me that the BMC air filter will need to be replaced as the red sealing foam frame had perished and the filter was compromised. nd they advised it was not possible for the sealing foam to deteriorate unless it was washed with a solvent..... Hmmm. They ruined my filter by using a solvent and charged me $49 charged for a cleaning kit (that's a fraudulent act) plus they charged me $130 for a replacement K&N filter. I will never go back to them every again and would strongly advise people to take there business elsewhere. Such a slap in the face for customer loyalty.Similar opinion? Very poor experience with Goulburn Ford Service Department failing to communicate, misdiagnosing our cars issue and quoting ridiculous price (in excess of $8000 more than other dealers) to fix an issue that should be covered under warranty as vehicle was new - all the while displaying an arrogance and patronising attitude. Maybe some training in Consumer Law, general common courtesy and maturity would go along way with this service department.

Best Deal on Mustang
I was at the dealership for a friend of mine and happened to enquire about Mustang. I was offered $3000 lesser price compared to City ford. Had good experience ever since. They have replaced the hand rest when we found a cut in the leather

Don't trust on it's warranty!
My car is still under warranty. After many times back and forth to the Ford Service they told me they couldn't figure out where is the problem and I have to pay $150ph if I want them to do further investigation!!! I called Ford Australia and they opened a case for me after 3 months and 1 or 2 phone conversation each week and spending hours and hours on phone they admitted that this problem is not fixable. Terrible: Brighton Ford
This is what I observed while waiting to be served:
* A young lady complained about the 6 hour wait time. The lady stormed out, he and the other two ladies started laughing out loud at her, in front of us three customers in the waiting area.
* 20 minutes later he then started to tell customers the facility was on a 2 hour wait list.
* My car was not serviced properly and when I questioned this, he was rude, smug and arrogant to me.

Excellent way to sell a Mustang to a customer
I recently purchased a new Mustang GT and Kim was so respectful of my inquiry, and the second visit allowing me to take a late afternoon test drive at short notice. Only tried to assist me in every way with no pushy sales techniques and went out of her way to take my car for additional pin striping pre-delivery and kept me informed. Monique and her delivery team were terrific too.
Love the car and the 3rd car from Knox Ford.

After a car service at Knox Ford, I noticed a big scratch across my windscreen which I assumed had been caused when my car was being cleaned. I pointed it out to the service supervisor who told me they would replace my windscreen at no charge at my next service. The next time I booked a service I reminded them that they were to replace my windscreen and was told that they had no record of the scratch being reported or the promise the service supervisor had given me. Conveniently, that service supervisor had left the business.

I signed a deal with a ford car yard. I wont name and shame just yet. Took it (kugar) for a test drive drove well and negotiated a deal i think was good for myself. Vehicle was in stock have not heard anything from the salesman coming up to 7 days. Apart from the contact initiated 2 days ago asking when i could collect my new. No real answers given other than ford had to release it. How long should i have to wait is my question and am i being unreasonable to think more contact should have been made?

They have asked my wife to pickup 5:30 pm ... it was dark in AUG 2016. She couldn't check properly. When I saw the car i have notice rings have damaged badly and it was issue with front tier and also break issue (making noise) and wheel alignment require.
We took some photos and send them by email a day after.
When they have checked in workshop their mechanic told me who give this car road worthy? when i said your company they kept quiet and that mechanic never came back to us.
After 6 month still we have issue with break and it is the disk issue, also rings and tires never replaced same issue, they just did wheel alignment.
I love ford territory this is my second territory but I told every one and I recommend everybody "Never ever buy from BAYFORD IN EPPING. They are NOT trustworthy and NOT honest".

Hi, You never pay for a quote on any repair on any car. You should promptly go back for a refund and report this person to fair trading. No work was undertaken so this is a con.
