It's Solid
Good quality connection, I've had zero drop outs in over a month and have had no buffering as I stream HD videos from random sites.
My whole household is running on a wireless router and at times I would think it's my WIFI... Turns out my previous providers were just not up to par and was a $$$ milking company.
Normally for kick starter companies they'd be like "oh its alright to screw up a few times as we're new and trying to get things up and running" whereas FBB focuses more on "Provide solid connection, worry about other things later...Read more
". Even my usage meter to this day still shows 0GB and I can't even change my payment method without contacting them... But if the internet works 24/7 without issues, can't really hold it against them. You would try to find something to complain about but there's nothing to complain about! It works!Similar opinion? Can't fault this ISP
I have been with them now for just on 4 weeks and it has been flawless internet. I was a little hesitant at first as it isn't the cheapest around but now I have no regrets as they indeed do provide what they promise to.
Support which is based in Australia was good. Very helpful and responsive as I did have a glitch during the transfer. Instructions provided were easy to follow.
Speeds have been excellent any time of the day including in peak times. Overseas speeds are also very good. I have no trouble streaming from ESPN, Foxtel or Netflix.
This seems like a ISP that does everything well. Highly recommend.

Local service, great service
Been looking to port my mum away from the unreliable nightmare that is Optus. Happened upon start-up RSP Future Broadband while perusing Whirlpool, so made contact with Jason. He was super helpful in double checking there wouldn’t be any road blocks with the landline porting process. While there was a minor hiccup with the router not been appropriately configured when delivered, Jason came out and attended on site, took the router away, fixed the settings and dropped it off the next day. There was a little downtime, but up and running now a...Read more
nd speeds consistently 23/24Mbps on NBN 25, along with stable VOIP service. It just makes such a difference dealing with a service orientated company. Cancelling the Optus service was the best day ever! Thanks Jason.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

This is an excellent provider
I ordered an NBN 50 connection about 2 weeks before I required it using a Whirlpool offer of zero setup fee. On the nominated day, the connection of my previous provider dropped out in the morning, I entered the new credentials provided earlier, and the connection was up. It is far superior to my old connection, and I have had zero problems since. I would absolutely recommend Future Broadband to anyone.

Great provider
Fttn Nbn100 - perfect connection, no issues, speeds good 24/7. Easy to deal with and provides a good feature set such as a static IP over Ethernet via a routed subnet, reverse DNS etc

Very easy setup, full speed and low ping
NBN 50. After years of suffering on "ADSL2+" that could only pull 4-5MB down on a good day due to copper distance from the exchange, I made the jump. I have had dealings with the owner of Future Broadband before over the years, and know that he is a young fella with a big future, and extremely competent and tech & business savvy.
Pleased to say that the connection from initial order to live was less than a week, getting full speed with a low ping. Communication and setup was extremely simple. Could not have been easier!

Future Broadband....a real contender
After signing up for the limited time offer of "No Set Up Fee", we would like to thank Future Broadband for their prompt and efficient service. Jason was readily available for any on-line chat session, and always very patient and open during communications. All questions were answered competently to allay any concerns about the quality of the service, given we were committing to a 12 month contract. The internet connection has now proven to be rock solid and Future BB have delivered as promised and then some.
The data allowance for our "bu...Read more
dget" Performance NBN 12 Plan was increased by 50GB with no change in the monthly fee. The service automatically comes with a Static IP and Netflix can be streamed in full high definition on a Smart TV anytime (day or night) without buffering. In fact, the speed and pings are better than that of another well known, popular provider when on their 25/5 NBN plan. Finally, we are receiving value for money from an RSP and not paying for unused data or a speed tier for which we have no real need. Future Broadband offers a very high level of customer service and we have no hesitation in telling others to give this smaller internet service provider a go....from our experience you will not be disappointed!Similar opinion? I am currently with Aussie Broadband for both NBN wireless service and 2 x phone services. I live at 17 Monet Drive, Montecollum NSW. Can I swap over to you as my ISP, because I am becoming very disenchanted with Aussie Broadband’s service? If so, what’s the first step?

I'm just a customer but I would head on over to the website, choose the plan you would like to go with and follow the links. They have a chat feature on the website if you have any questions. I've only used it once but the response was immediate. Good luck with it.

Jason M.Future Broadband
Hi Allison,
Our Future Broadband NBN Fixed Wireless services are connected to the same great network and have the same great features as our Fixed Line services.
That is a Static IP Address, Plenty of CVC for the peaktimes, and great connectivity on the AAPT Wholesale Business IP Network.
