Excellent Customer Service and Great Speeds so far

published

After a disappointing experience with another provider, Future Broadband (FBB) supported my efforts with the NBN to solve my connection establishment issues and patiently answered my questions on their services. They sent out my NCD promptly and provided updates throughout the process, via webchat and phone.
Connection has been a dream so far, averaging 97megs downstream and 35 upstream on a 100/40 product.

These guys have been superb so far - I would strongly recommend their NBN services to anyone.

Future Broadband are great!

published

I am quadriplegic (therefore permanently confined to a powered wheelchair) living on the Sunshine Coast in Qld. I rely on smart and assistive technologies to be able to do some things for myself. I am someone who will pay a bit more for a quality, reliable, client focused, client responsive service. I have been with Future Broadband for two weeks and it has been a very good experience. I had been following Future Broadband on Whirlpool for six months. As soon as the NBN became available I signed up with Future Broadband because they are on-the-ball and responsive. I will always pay more for a great, reliable, quality service.

Rock solid reliable business grade service for Home and SOHO users

published

Brilliant speeds, reliable connectivity, highly trained Australian based staff.

Perhaps the only ISP in Australia offering a genuine business grade service to home and small business users at such a good price.

There is a lot of truth to the saying you get what you pay for, in this case I would say you are actually getting more than what you are paying for.

If you want an extremely high quality nbn connection and good support this is the company to go for.

Can't find any fault with the service or the offering.

published

My connection has been 100% rock-solid since the day I churned across. I haven't noticed _any_ downtime at all.
Speeds are awesome. I was receiving approx half speed to a distant service, however after it was all checked (I did some checking on my end, too) it was obvious that the issue lay beyond FBB's network. Even then they passed information upstream in an attempt to ameliorate.
Support response from FBB has been great - definitely no issues there.

Great Value - WOW @ Speeds!

published

Having been a Skymesh customer for over two years, the quality of the connection went down hill when the British got their hands on part of the company. I was in the market for a new provider and Future Broadband was discovered via the Whirlpool forums. Having read reviews (which were all good reviews), I went a head and gave this new broadband provider a go.

Future Broadband do provide a great connection, the pings are very low and the speeds are consistent! I wish I changed providers soon! A++++!

Boringly excellent :-)

Wagga NSW FTTP. Applied in the morning and was connected later that day to an unused UNI-D port on the NTD.
Connection has been boringly excellent for the last 6 weeks compared with the previous Vocus RSP which suffered from frequent dropouts.
Local Australian customer service and support has been exceptional.

Can't fault this ISP

published

I have been with them now for just on 4 weeks and it has been flawless internet. I was a little hesitant at first as it isn't the cheapest around but now I have no regrets as they indeed do provide what they promise to.
Support which is based in Australia was good. Very helpful and responsive as I did have a glitch during the transfer. Instructions provided were easy to follow.
Speeds have been excellent any time of the day including in peak times. Overseas speeds are also very good. I have no trouble streaming from ESPN, Foxtel or Netflix.
This seems like a ISP that does everything well. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent provider

I ordered an NBN 50 connection about 2 weeks before I required it using a Whirlpool offer of zero setup fee. On the nominated day, the connection of my previous provider dropped out in the morning, I entered the new credentials provided earlier, and the connection was up. It is far superior to my old connection, and I have had zero problems since. I would absolutely recommend Future Broadband to anyone.

Fttn Nbn100 - perfect connection, no issues, speeds good 24/7. Easy to deal with and provides a good feature set such as a static IP over Ethernet via a routed subnet, reverse DNS etc

Very easy setup, full speed and low ping

published

NBN 50. After years of suffering on "ADSL2+" that could only pull 4-5MB down on a good day due to copper distance from the exchange, I made the jump. I have had dealings with the owner of Future Broadband before over the years, and know that he is a young fella with a big future, and extremely competent and tech & business savvy.
Pleased to say that the connection from initial order to live was less than a week, getting full speed with a low ping. Communication and setup was extremely simple. Could not have been easier!

I am currently with Aussie Broadband for both NBN wireless service and 2 x phone services. I live at 17 Monet Drive, Montecollum NSW. Can I swap over to you as my ISP, because I am becoming very disenchanted with Aussie Broadband’s service? If so, what’s the first step?

I'm just a customer but I would head on over to the website, choose the plan you would like to go with and follow the links. They have a chat feature on the website if you have any questions. I've only used it once but the response was immediate. Good luck with it.
