Future Broadband....a real contender
After signing up for the limited time offer of "No Set Up Fee", we would like to thank Future Broadband for their prompt and efficient service. Jason was readily available for any on-line chat session, and always very patient and open during communications. All questions were answered competently to allay any concerns about the quality of the service, given we were committing to a 12 month contract. The internet connection has now proven to be rock solid and Future BB have delivered as promised and then some.

dget" Performance NBN 12 Plan was increased by 50GB with no change in the monthly fee. The service automatically comes with a Static IP and Netflix can be streamed in full high definition on a Smart TV anytime (day or night) without buffering. In fact, the speed and pings are better than that of another well known, popular provider when on their 25/5 NBN plan. Finally, we are receiving value for money from an RSP and not paying for unused data or a speed tier for which we have no real need. Future Broadband offers a very high level of customer service and we have no hesitation in telling others to give this smaller internet service provider a go....from our experience you will not be disappointed!Similar opinion? George Lasked
I am currently with Aussie Broadband for both NBN wireless service and 2 x phone services. I live at 17 Monet Drive, Montecollum NSW. Can I swap over to you as my ISP, because I am becoming very disenchanted with Aussie Broadband’s service? If so, what’s the first step?

I'm just a customer but I would head on over to the website, choose the plan you would like to go with and follow the links. They have a chat feature on the website if you have any questions. I've only used it once but the response was immediate. Good luck with it.
