First time user of the Geeks2U service, great overall experience, solved our problems. Our photos are now able to properly sorted / accessed and we better understand how iCloud sync works with our various devices.

The tech was absolutely fabulous, he arrived on time and without hesitation listened to my talk about the problem with my comp. and then fixed it quickly as possible, great work, if I have another problem I will not hesitate to call the company again.

Setup up new printer to 2 laptops with no dramas! Show how to install ink and paper into printer! Set up and tested printer. Demonstrate printing functions on both owner's of the laptop. This job was completed well with in the allotted time pre purchased!

My computer crashed in the evening. One phone call arranged a technician for 8am the following day. He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and very effective. Was gone by 9 am.

Being a bit PC illiterate when my old laptop crashed Geeks2U were great at retrieving data from my old PC and setting up my new one the service was great
