I cannot fault Gj Gardner albury at all, from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic to me, i was hesitant at the start of building a new home and was going to look for an established home because of a few negative stories about other builders from friends of mine but I got in touch with Gj Gardner and I'm very glad I did, the quality of everything from the initial site cut to the finishing painters touches was fantastic and all the trades were super accommodating, they run a very tight ship down in their office and I was very pleased with how efficiently everything was completed, and I felt very welcomed on a personal level everytime I went into the office, if I could rate these guys over 5 stars I would, absolutely fantastic

The build process ran smoothly from the first consultation. As it was our first time building a house we weren’t sure what to expect but we were put at ease after our first meeting with the Albury team. Our choice of build had some complexities due to the block and the modifications we wanted to make to the design. The GJ team were more than happy to help out with what we wanted and we felt involved throughout the build process with regular weekly updates. We are delighted with the finished product and any issues we have had along the way were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We would be more than happy to build with Leigh and the team at GJ Gardner Albury again.

The workmanship on our build was excellent. With any build there are always going to be grey areas. I found that any queries or problems were acted upon straight away allowing for a smooth build process. Great work. There was never any issue with the Management on the project, all of our questions were answered in a courteous manner and the team of tradespeople all got along well and were skilled in their respective disciplines.

Some of the trades were outstanding other trades were good and there were a couple that needed there hand held to get the required finish. The Build was a very slow start and progressed ok once commenced. Most people at the company were good and friendly doing there individual jobs, One of the Directors gets it thanks [name removed]. Pleased with the way they attended to the maintenance issues after completion.

Workmanship and build quality of the home was excellent. Layout of the home is fabulous and now having been in for six weeks we have nothing but compliments from others. A couple of teething problems with toilet flow and laundry taps for washing machine after moving in but were rectified after a few attempts.
During the last 6 weeks of the build things seemed to go slow or not be followed up or completed. This did offer some shoddy workmanship which was followed up by management and replaced. Better day to day management here could have prevented this, but on the whole was very good.
Customer service was excellent particularly from the administration team. Prompt attention to anything asked and always with a smile. Thank you.

We found the team from GJ Gardner Albury to be fantastic. The entire team could not do enough for us.
We were living in Darwin during the build and at first we were nervous that building a home so far away was the right thing, but GJ Albury built our home to perfection with out any hick ups or dramas at all.
The finish of our build is first class, and the level of service is second to none. GJ Albury emailed photos to us every week with a full description of work done during the week and what was expected to be done the following week.

This is the first time we have built a house and understandingly we were initially nervous and cautious however we chose GJG Albury because we were assured of a quality build and personalised attention. We also felt comfortable to proceed as the company director gave us confidence and peace of mind. The support by the office administration and our building supervisor was important to us, they kept us informed regularly of progress.

We are now 8 weeks living in our home and can honestly say that we are delighted with the end result. Our building supervisor was tentative to our needs and most importantly his leadership of his team and organisational skills produced for us a quality sound home.
