We recently had early handover for the third home built for us by Tony, Luke, Romy, Carol and the crew at GJ Gardner, Batemans Bay and once again, they delivered exactly what they promised! The detail covered in their initial consultations and in the construction plans has to be seen to be believed. Our latest project home is hallmarked by quality workmanship throughout and the extra "wow" factors should ensure that the finished product sells at a good market price. Right on budget, as usual and plenty of flexibility with any last minute changes. It's been another exciting and satisfying experience for us. Well done GJ !!

From the very beginning of our building project to the exciting finish we could not be happier. Everything has proceeded like clockwork with every aspect of the construction of our home. NOTHING has been a problem to GJ Gardner's wonderful staff both in the office and in the field. There were no hidden cost surprises, no hold ups as the building proceeded and the high skill levels of all the many trades involved is obvious in the fantastic quality finish. From the beginning, the plan we chose suited our block of land perfectly. Their sales staff knew their business, as did every other employee, including the subbies, and their supervisors. The end product exceeded our expectations. The original quote never varied. Everyone at G.J. Gardner's Batemans Bay, did an out standing job and we are really really happy.

Extremely happy with the way the building project was managed, particular as we were not living locally at the time. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship in the finished article. A few issues to deal with during and post construction but they were all attended to in a professional manor. Break-up of costs was well explained and variations well documented giving us options, so no surprises with the final cost of the home.
