Love our home
We chose a plan and tweaked it a bit to create more space and light. Scott was very helpful in this at the planning stage. Rick was helpful in steering us in the right direction and even the tiler stop us from making a bad choice on a splash back tile kitchen designer was excellent and was natural habitat in confirming our colour and product choices. Very happy with the work overall

The "Wow" Factor
I cannot begin to tell you, just how great G.J. Gardner Homes Coffs Harbour have been.
During an extremely stressful period in my life (The passing of my mother, and subsequent sale of the family home of 3 generations) G.J Gardner Coffs Harbour were there for me.

Good People, Great Team, Quality Work
My house was completed 5 months ago and I can confirm that I am very happy with it. The quality of the house is much better than my previous house which was built by a different building company. The best thing is that all the issues (no matter how small) I found once I received the keys to the house that I believed needed to be fixed was corrected by the builder. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Wow what a home.
Rick and his team are very experienced and it is depicted in the end result, that being our home. His chosen contractors uphold the same high levels of construction as he does. The sales and admin team were outstanding attending swiftly to our questions and concerns. We got the beautiful home we wanted.
We are extremely pleased with our new home including the standard of workmanship and the quality of inclusions. The assistance of Rick and his team, especially Scott and Kylie prior to and during the build was very much appreciated as has been the after sales service and support.

W absolutely love our new home!
We could not be happier with the end result... our home is spectacular! I must say that the way Rick (franchisee), Brad (sales rep) and Randy (our supervisor) managed our build was very good. We canvased five of the largest building companies in Coffs Harbour and GJ Gardner were the most transparent in regards to pricing and offered the high quality finish we were expecting. We had designed our home inside and out with no standard inclusions used and at all times Rick and his team were patient and accommodating. Were there issues our build, yes...Read more
, but only very minor and they were accepting of our views and rectified everything immediately. One thing we have learnt is that no build is faultless and there may well be rub points, however, the manner in which Rick conducted himself was excellent. The customer service and support was very good. When we commenced our build we were interstate and we were extremely excited to see the progress. Randy was accommodating in regards to our request for lots of progress images and always took my call when he was able. We are confident we made the correct decision building with GJ Gardner Homes Coffs Harbour especially hearing and seeing some of the other 'horror' builds in the area. I can honestly recommend Rick and his team to build you a fantastic home.1 comment

What a nightmare
Our dream build seemed to be going well and than all of a sudden it turned into our worst nightmare. Weeks turned into months which made our budget blow out and at one stage we had contractors in and taking away materials because they were not being paid. We contacted the office several times and were not ever contacted back and when we contacted head office and including the supposed director of nsw all we got was a rude obnoxious phone call. Not happy at all and we are still now a devastated family.

Best Builder In The Coffs Harbour Region-Hands Down!
Our experience in building our new home with GJ Gardner Coffs Harbour was nothing short of perfection! We searched for months to find a builder able to build a home for us that would have various modifications and upgrades from the base plan i.e raise the roof, drop the garage, change front portico, increase bedroom size etc. Most builders advised us that they were unable to accommodate us however with GJ nothing was a problem and everything could be done!
