We initially choose to build with GJ Gardner due to their outstanding reputation and the quality of the products/materials used throughout the build process, and they did not disappoint. The quality of our home in every aspect is outstanding, and we could not be happier with the finished product. We had a house plan we wanted built and the team at G J Gardner Wagga made it happen. With there help the plan was refined and costed, after we accepted and signed the contract Gabrielle guided us through colour selections, tiles, carpet and cabinetry. Rain and mud made the build awkward at times but the handover was within the contract time. Chris and Les handled any issues we had which in hindsight were minor and we now live in the house we dreamt of. Right from the start we realised we would be making upgrades to internal finishing's so we had over budgeted the contract price by $40,000.00 and happily the finished house was slightly under our estimate.

We have had nothing but professional service from the time we first sat down with Darren to discuss our design ideas up until the final handover.

The team have always been helpful and approachable and any queries we had were always answered promptly and we had the opportunity to add some of our own personal touches to the overall house design.

Having built previously we appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship which went into our home.

The workmanship of the build was excellent and there nothing to fault in the quality of what we were left with.
The build was extremely well-managed, no delays, no set backs and it was so easy.
The customer service and support was great. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening. We were always the first to know when anything changed, and it was always so easy to contact someone when we had questions.

The workmanship on our build was outstanding. As a repeat customer with GJ Gardner (this is our second build), the trades that worked on our home were very professional, efficient and could see my vision for the property.
