So we did it again!
After building our first home together last year with GJ Gardner Gold Coast, we were so happy with the experience we went back to them to build our investment property this year.
Smooth sailing the whole way.
Told Matty Dagg what we wanted and our budget and he went to work to make it happen. Working with all the ladies in the office, was always easy and well organized. Then there is our site supervisor Beau, he is the man! Best supervisor out. He had the house finished 5 weeks early for us. Now we can pack for our Europe adventure next month. Thanks again GJ Gardner Gold Coast for making the process so easy and stress free.

Thank you for building our dream home. The GJ Gardner team we dealt with at Helensvale were amazing. Rachel in the office is a super start and was always happy to help me with my random questions. Beau our site manager was a complete champion. Everything was on time and we totally appreciated his eye for detail. We would absolutely build with them again

Right from meeting our salesperson Mat Dagg we knew we were dealing with the right company. What a great frontman, so personable, helpful and an absolute gentleman.
Mat made our building and design experience enjoyable.
We dealt with Ashlee at Head Office and she was just lovely.
Beau was our site manager and again a lovely guy who treated us well.
I do feel that some of the tradespeople that were used let us down at times. But if we weren't happy with something Beau did his best to correct it.
I am extremely fussy and have had 6 homes built so I do expect perfection but sometimes it wasn't there.
We love ❤️ our new home and we love GJ Gardner.

From start to finish the whole experience was great and stress free with G.J. Gardner. Despite we built the house while we lived interstate, the whole process went nice and smooth. We were able to design our new home without the extra price tag, our designer Mat guided us through smoothly the design process, listened to us and helped to design the perfect house . Our supervisor Beau kept us updated, sent photos of every stage and he was always approachable. The house been built great thanks with the help of Mat, Ashley, Rachel, Chris and of course a big part by Beau Sheridan.We are absolute grateful for the whole team .

From start to finish my building experience was enjoyable and stress free, with my floor plan being custom drawn by Mat Dagg to suit the land and it's aspect, I was guided the whole way through the design process whilst still having full involvement and input on what was most important to me. The office were great to work with and were very informative with the whole process and were prompt in getting back to me with my many requests/changes. The team at gjgardner were all very supportive and kept us informed when the build started, the contracters also were keen to please, the superviser work well in controlling the build and we got a great finsh.We had a few hic- cups but all got fixed without any drama, i would build with them again as it made my life stress free.

We were very impressed with the whole process from the workmanship and quality of the build, customer service from the office and most importantly how well the process went because of Beau the building Supervisor. When we discovered one of the rooms were a little smaller than we had anticipated nothing was too much trouble and the wall was pushed out the next day meaning there was no delay.We would highly recommend GJ Gardner to our friends and family

Terribly managed and poor time management.
Little or no support from management and /or [name removed] when site manager was incompetent.
Every trade made mistakes then it was up to us to fight to have it corrected. Trades don't like to work with management because they are so unorganised and arrogant. Many of them just don't turn up for some site managers because they just don't want to work for them because of the way they are spoken to and not told the plans when they are on site.
Home needed lots of fixing once in..... the list could continue!

My partner and I recently built our first home through GJ Gardner Gold Coast North. We could not be happier with the end result. From the first time we wandered through the display home with Matt, we had a great feeling about GJ. Our site Superviser Beau really made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting. The time frame that we were promised was met as Beau was extremely organised. We were involved through out the whole construction stage. GJ delivered much more than we expected and we cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend GJ.

We are very happy with the build. The process was effortless and we had no dramas at all. I was very worried about building and am very happy we went with GJ Gardner. The workmanship is great, Chris the foreman was wonderful to deal with and nothing was ever a problem for him. I have recommended friends to GJ Gardner and I won't hesitate to build with them in the future.

From start to finish everyone at GJ Gardner has been helpful and attentive. When we first met the sales consultant we were told the facts in an easy to understand way. The whole building and finance process is different to England and so we wanted honest responses to our sometimes odd questions! We were lucky to meet a few of the tradesmen and they were always happy to answer questions and show us what they were up to. Right through to completion we were kept informed of what was happening and when. We love our GJ home and would happily use them again.
Reasonabley priced and we got the design we wanted.
