Great builder, easy to work with
Excellent communication throughout all phases of the construction. I have no hesitation in recommending G.J. Gardner Homes VIC, Sunbury. Very knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Was really impressed as this was the first time I have built, and Kevin and his team managed to complete ahead of schedule, which I was totally blown away.

Kind and Compassionate
Due to a horrendous experience with Hume City Council Planning Department my dream build won’t go ahead but I want to thank Kevin and Jemma from your Sunbury office for taking on my small but tricky project with so much compassion and kindness. Kevin is highly emotionally intelligent person who treated me with so much respect. Thanks for everything.
