Hopeless answering the phone calls. i rang 5 times and in all the times they cut me off while i try to explain the travel plans. not very client services oriented but just making people to book in a hurry.

Booked a flight for me a couple of months back and as it was such an excellent service, I booked another flight for my partner. I am more than thrilled

All seems to be good to me so we can proceed further on this. it was pretty easy to work with gurkha team keep it up.no hassel free booking with great service

My father suddenly passed away 7 days after we booked a ticket for him from Gurkhas. I called them the very next day after I got the news to cancel the ticket. They assured me no problem we will do it asap. Its been 2 months with no reposne from them. After following up with several emails and several phone calls I have been told today that it could take a further 12 weeks to get a refund minus their admin cost, the airline is not charging me but Gurkhas has decided to charge me for a dead man's ticket cancellation. Do a favour and never book a flight from these rabbits. They just try to rip you off in a polite way . I would never recommend them to anyone . Peeps book tickets from skyscanner instead .

Thai airways has cancelled my flights from Mel-Isb and my biggest mistake was booking my tickets from Gurkhas. Thai airways has confirmed me the refund in 6 weeks but Gurkhas travels are not refunding my amount and it's more than 4 months. I am reporting them to legal authorities and i will strongly suggest people that please refrain from booking any tickets with Gurkhas in future. They are crooks and will not assist you with your refunds just in case your flights are delayed/cancelled. Poor and unprofessional service ever from any travel agent

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the fantastic customer service received from Zara Singh, our travel consultant. Zara is confident, patient and accurate. Highly recommend Zara. She managed all our bookings for the around the world trip and kept us up to date with all the information. She is very friendly and meticulous. We will book all our tickets through Zara in future.

Worst travel agency! They are looting people by lieing about ticket charges specially if you want to RESCHEDULE your journey. Their final offer to reschedule 2 tickets was $1280 while i got same 2 tickets rescheduled by Malaysian Airline directly for ONLY $160. NOT RECOMMENDED.
