One thing I would like to mention that if you guys give a call to your any of customers, and if they don’t answer please please leave a voice message, as we are not always available to answer calls. Specially when there is a private number and we don’t know who is calling.

I have booked my ticket with Gurkhas travel over the phone and they give me a best deal n best suitable timing and their employees are just amazing spcially AVNEET KAUR DUA she was the best travel consultant for me so far she haven’t booked my ticket but whenever I called to Gurkhas travel to get update for my ticket she always responded very positive I would definitely recommend the Gurkhas travel keep it up guys you are the best.

Booked tickets and asked them to do changes in the name. They cancelled the ticket and re issued for that they booked the new ticket but no repaying the old ticket money back. Whoever owner of this company this for you mate do not grow your tummy by other's hard earn money.

Terrible customer service especially in regard to refunds. Firstly, they misguide by saying that refunds are claimable from airlines only we can't provide refunds And here I am calling and waiting for my ticket refund since last 6 months to till now but all I get is call on hold or agent disconnects the call after listening to my query. Worst people ever. Will advise others to never book with them. They just know how to take money and never give it back.

Worst service. Cheated for $250 and charged extra $250. She made me change dates to get cheaper and still end up paying extra. Never go with them again. Try online first.

Our dealings with Gurkhas travel are very good. Very good and efficient service. Done booking on the phone, MEL to ATQ. Hanish you're a champion. If I want to travel, I know where to get all by bookings done.

One of the most pathetic travel agency i have ever dealt with. Called their customer service, got the itinerary and deposited the money. Got a final confirmation and when i had a look at the itinerary,they have changed my return date and when i called them they said its a mistake in the initial itinerary and in order to change to the dates which they sent initially i need to pay 400$ more. I asked them to refund (bank transfer how i did) and they said it will take 3-4 days to refund which is very frustrating. Never again book tickets through them or suggest them to friends and family.

Customer service [name removed] even suggested me to change the dates as if he is doing a favor to me for the mistake he did.

I have utilized the services of Gurkhas travel with Mr.MAHTAB ALAM. It was excellent and genuine and I am Very happy with the service. he was very helpful through out the process.

Round trip, I booked by the agent Gurkhas travel with [name removed]. It is very bad experience with him and as well as with his manager both are playing games. If asking any query they are just skipping the query giving unreasonable examples.

To crap agent, for cancelation under medical condition they need $450 per ticket as total ticket cost is $760 and in their terms they write for cancelation fee is $165, this is totally in reasonable never book ticket with agent, lots other cheap and best agent in market.

Just booked my ticket to India via Singapore Airlines. Did this via Mahtab Alam. Very good bloke. Very professional and helped me to find the best possible flight without much hassle.

This was the first time i book through Travel Agent and i was surprised by the professionalism of Neeraj Kumar from Gurkhas Travel. He was very honest with the prices without any false information and had done the best he could do. Hopeless people. Will say anything to sell the ticket(Mahtab Alam) They said everything is confirmed but when i called air india nothing was mentioned to them at all. Biggest liar on planet. Never call back at all.
