They were always able to get me cheapest tickets for Malaysian Airlines. We are able to check availability for different dates with the consultants (in my case Avneet).

Due to cancellation of the Thai Airways flight I had to cancel my ticket. I am waiting for refund of my ticket for the last 4 months and 3 weeks. Every time we speak to them they promise to refund but the chase is on.

The phone is always disconnecting while talking.The staffs are providing terrible service.There used be friendly staff. I am never ever going to use this travel again

I booked through Gurkha travels, paid full
Amount and got confirmed tickets. However on reaching our in-transit airport the airlines informed us there was no booking under our name. Gurkha charged us the money but no reservation!.
Their after hours helpline didn't work.
Had to pay a significant fare to get on the same flight due to further connections and baby with us. It has been 2 months since and Gurkha hasn't reimbursed us. They claim to be in talks with airlines but airlines have informed me they have nothing from Gurkhas travels. It's a mess and we keep getting a different response every time we call Gurkhas.
Saving a few dollars is not worth the hassle. I am now going through consumer affairs, VCAT and will hire a lawyer.

I didn't care about reviews for Gurkha travel. Heard some bad some good. But with personal experience. They charge us $1100 where airline's charges were $570. And on top of it there response to me was "We have to make living as well". Make a living but don't rip me off saying airline charges are $900. Then I told them I just came from Thai airways office there charges are only $570. But Gurkha travels didn't care at all. Thanks for your SERVICE never again will be booking with you again.

Terrible agent. Never go to them. Never respond your calls once you take tickets with them. Very poor customer service and rude sales agents.

They offered good service and pricing is competitive too.Don't know so many bad reviews, may be because of date changing and cancellation issues, in that case airline policies will also make it difficult.
