Thai airways has cancelled my flights from Mel-Isb and my biggest mistake was booking my tickets from Gurkhas. Thai airways has confirmed me the refund in 6 weeks but Gurkhas travels are not refunding my amount and it's more than 4 months. I am reporting them to legal authorities and i will strongly suggest people that please refrain from booking any tickets with Gurkhas in future. They are crooks and will not assist you with your refunds just in case your flights are delayed/cancelled. Poor and unprofessional service ever from any travel agent

Worst travel agency! They are looting people by lieing about ticket charges specially if you want to RESCHEDULE your journey. Their final offer to reschedule 2 tickets was $1280 while i got same 2 tickets rescheduled by Malaysian Airline directly for ONLY $160. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have missed my flight at Delhi airport and I rang to Gurkhas Travell to help me regarding my next flight availability request . He refused instantly and said very clearly that your all money has been lost and need to buy new tickets. (Total 5 tickets). Then after one of our family friend rang to airline and arranged the flights in next available flights at a reasonable cost. I would have lost thousands of $ if trusted on their team member. Very poor service
