watch HINO WARRANTY Guys its Doggie

published

purchased a brand new HINO truck and sent it to its first service at 29000 km .
I was complaining about the breaks been noise and after they checked it they found out that front breaks were finished...? At 29000km
rear breaks were still 7ml left
I then claimed warranty on faulty breaks and got declined,
Then I called FAIR TRADING and the SMALL BUSINESS COMMISSIONER OF NSW they haven't even bother answering their calls.

My next option to go to tribunal to solve the issue.

Anyone out there driving brand new HINO STREET SMART TRUCK that's what they call it, WATCH your breaks

Over priced, over rated and over them.

My truck went in for the warranty replacement of the airbag and a standard 60k service.
The cost of the service was nearly $1700 which was 3 times the previous service. I was also told that the air bag was replaced.
3 months later I received a letter to say that the airbag still required replacement. Adtrans Hino could not find any record of the airbag being completed even though that is what it went in for.
