This is my first build I’m 22 and it was quite daunting being on my own to build a property. Right from sales to start of build I felt at ease and confident with their build, to the point of they made sure I understood everything that was going on with the build. I am 100% happy with the quality of the build and it has been fantastic with Homebuyers with keeping me up to date with build progress. As my first build I would recommend this company 100%. Excited and waiting to move in.

Where do I start, With all the stresses of owning my first home let alone building I gotta say Dean has made the process so far a breeze, He has been there at all hours to answer questions and offer valid opinions to help me through the journey, highly recommend homebuyers centre to anyone that is looking to build.

My experience with Home buyers is that they really look after you and ensure the whole process is smooth. Wouldn't go with another builder as they did an amazing job. Just had final inspection prior to collection of keys. Quality was outstanding. No issues throughout the build. At the end, with final inspection they had already gone through and labelled any slight things that need to be rectified. They are really wanting to look after the customer.

I absolutely loved dealing with Brad he has guided me through the first stages of buying and building journey and because this is all new to me I needed that. He has been approachable, understanding and supportive from the time we had our first meeting with him alongside the team at homebuyers centre. So professional and helpful. They did not hesitate to offer help and guidance when needed. Overall so satisfied with their service and management.

So I started the process and building about 2 years ago, I have now been in my home for about 5 weeks now.
The pre build stage is an absolute nightmare and no communication. When my land eventually titled nothing was prepared despite having 12months to finalise plans, the houses in the same stage as me were all started and completed way before months before mine.
During the build period you would hear no updates, the updates I did receive were not accurate. I was told once that the slab was going down I drove down to check and it wasn't there...

Our experience is just awesome! Will be building the Empire 25 and got really good discounts and freebies too! Initially was just planning to check our their offers but after we talked to our agent, we ended up closing the deal on that same day! A bit about us! So my husband and I are a young couple, who just started a family. Our land is still waiting to title but still get weekly check ups on how everything is going. All estimated costs were either spot on or well under which is more than amazing! Could not praise Brad Scurlock and his hard work enough. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to build with homebuyers!

Had a great pre-construction process with HBC who helped me with everything along the way. Being a first home buyer I needed help with the little details of building my first home and HBC made sure I got that help. Brad from HBC was fantastic and a great person to work with

We can’t speak highly enough of the support and knowledge Brad has given us through the first stages of our buying and building journey!! He has been approachable, understanding and supportive ever since we had our first meeting with him. The admin team have also been friendly and supportive online with emails and signing documents. Very professional and easy going experience with homebuyers. Any quesitons or concerns were dealt with quickly and explained very well. My final cost was a bit more than my estimated cost, but I was given a discount and got some freebies with the birthday promotion. Highly recommend going with Homebuyers!

We decided to go through Homebuyers Centre to purchase land and build, Our new homes advisor Bradley Scurlock was amazing and we could not fault him, he worked tirelessly to find us a block of land within our budget and was upfront and honest about the process of building a new home. He still regularly touches base with us to see how we are going which is so kind. We start building next year and are so excited that we chose Homebuyers Centre, they have been supportive and knowledgeable throughout our process so far!

Building a home has always been a big dream of mine and I knew I was in the right hands with my sales consultant Brad right from the get go. Not only was he helpful and proactive in communication but he really understood what I wanted and how important this was for me. Brad really took the time to explain the whole process so I felt like I had all the right information to move forward. I’ve now deposited on a home and land package and I absolutely could not be happier with my experience so far. Brad really cares about his clients and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I also must say that my prestart consultants have been super helpful and have made the next phase of the process really easy. I couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish, my HBC journey has been effortless with all the help from the team there. They’ve all been incredibly professional during all interactions and the Site Supervisors were great keeping me up to date on the build during the COVID lockdowns. Very happy with the standard of home I have received! Love it!

Homebuyers Centre have been extremely helpful all the way through my build, and have really helped to take the stress out of building a house for the first time. Disappointed with the lack of support from my pre-start team. My neighbour, who was also from Homebuyers was dumping waste on my land while undertaking their build. My pre-start consultant advised me it was my responsibility to remove the waste. I visited my lot three times and documented the waste making it’s way from my neighbours lot to my lot before my pre-start team intervened. Homebuyers did an awesome job making the build smooth and easy. I only took about 4.5 months to complete the build and I only had a couple small things to defect them on. They would always respond to me if I had any enquires or updates. Would recommended to anyone.

I have built with home buyers a couple of years ago. Our build was amazing and the communication was great from the super and also the office.It has been taken to the next level with there maintenance department who follow up, prompt attendance and happy to resolve any issues we have minor or a little bigger. I would build with home buyers again and happily recommend friends and family!

Homebuyers Centre and Resolve Finance were absolutely outstanding when it came to building our first home. All of their representatives were fantastic and the estimates came well within what we were expecting to pay. Our sales rep was on top of all the promotions and ensured we got the best deal possible.

Super happy with the progress of our building contract so far. The service has been fantastic and Nick was great in assisting us with building exactly what we wanted, and making frequent changes to help us along the way. The costs were reasonable and the inclusions were better than we thought.

My new build was managed flawlessly throughout the entire process. I am yet to fault homebuyers on any section of the build. if an issue occurred it was addressed quickly and professionally. I would happily choose to build with homebuyers again as I was involved in the entire process and felt incredibly included.
