Ive just built a house with homebuyers and they were brilliant throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated on the stages of my build and always got back to you straight away if you had a question about anything.

Super easy process with the whole process of being a first time home owner.
I asked Simon our building supervisor to try and get us in by Xmas. He booked everything in tight and the whole process went so smooth. He had us in by early December . He was really organised. Had trouble finding problems with the inspections at the end of the build paint etc. It was sharp. Not much blue tape at all.
The paperwork side of things, Natasha had everything sorted really quickly which helped alleviate the stress .

It was great to watch our house being built from start to finish. We always felt informed at each stage of the build and our HOME is exactly what we imagined. Everyone has been really easy to deal with and if they weren't available at the time of contact they would respond within the same day. We love our home and we are so glad we decided to build. Shout out to James who was our site manager, he was and is very thorough and would recommend him to anyone. If anyone is looking to build CHOOSE Homebuyers.

We are currently in the progress of building the Orlando 20 in The Grove, Tarneit.
All staff have been extremely professional and helpful, always emailing us with updates - We have really appreciated the support we have received considering this is our first build. Definitely recommend Homebuyers to anybody considering building their first home. Claude was fantastic in initial consults along with Tyme during colour selection.

Within 4 months of building with home buyers we have never been so happy with all the hard work that has been done. All staff in the office and on site have been honest and very supportive throughout our journey. The quality of the material that has been used is very good and easy to clean.
We moved in in our new home a month ago and we couldnt be happier.
We highly recommend Homebyers Centre Victoria to everyone.

So far my experience with Homebuyers Centre Victoria has been fantastic. I am about to be handed over to construction but have really appreciated the support I have had during pre-construction.
I had a custom colour appointment with Monique and was really happy with the outcome. I was guided through the process and supported to make decisions based on my needs and wishes, without feeling pressured in any way. The follow-up communication relating to changes and preparation of plans and fittings, has been excellent. If this is an indication of how the build will go, I think it should be smooth sailing. Really looking forward to seeing everything come together!

This was my first time building and I've had such a great experience. Homebuyers are prompt in answering questions and the whole process was made really very easy.

Our agent Carly was very friendly, approachable and helpful through all the stages of our home build. The workmanship is exceptional and during the build if we had any issues or enquiries they were handled quickly and with professionalism. Our final cost of the build came just on budget much to our satisfaction. I would recommend their service to any family or friend planing their home build in the future.

The whole experience from day 1 has been smooth sailing. I was lucky enough to purchase a 3 bedroom townhouse turnkey experience, currently at the final stages in doing a walk through prior to settlement in early Feb. The whole team at Home buyers have been helpful at each step.

Haven't moved in yet but they have been great so far! Free landscaping, airconditioning and heating, free fences & letter box, etc, they really made this build effortless! The house design is beautiful too. I cannot wait to move in.
They have been great with their communication as well.

Very excited to be moving into my new home. With the build I found the service extremely great nothing was to hard for them. I had 2 onsite supervisors and they have both been of great service for me. I am looking forward to my final inspection. Thanks again to all involved.

The procedure was made very easy from the start. They were very responsive to queries and questions. Our site manager Tom was lovely and understanding.Our house looks beautiful and we love it. Overall we had a very good experience with homebuyer center, we would recommend them to our friends and family.

Both my partner and myself cannot put into words how happy we have been with the Homebuyers Centre process. As we are first home buyers we were nervous going into the process but all the staff that we encountered though out the process were fantastic, helpful and professional.
