Hotondo Homes Batemans Bay have been great to deal with & had no problems working with our own custom design. We found Darren quite easy to work with during the initial design & costing stage & when minor hurdles arose onsite, these were overcome with little delay. Lesa's eye for design was of great assistance in nailing down the finer details of the finishes & colour selections. Our site supervisor Matt was great at keeping us involved during the build & ensured that our home was delivered on time and to a high standard. We will definitely be recommending the team at Hotondo Batemans Bay to anyone looking to build in the area.

We are very happy with our dream “home by the sea” built by Hotondo Bateman’s Bay – the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and has resulted in us having a house of the highest quality. We also appreciated the very positive and “can do” attitude of Billy, our site foreman and the expertise and experience of Darren who very much lived up to his reputation as the “solutions man”! There was good regular communication with us during the build and we really enjoyed getting the “Friday photo” updates. This was our first time building. It was a smooth process and stress free thanks to Darren Phillips and the team. The Foreman Matt Thomas ensured we were kept up to date with the progress every step of the way. Pics of each stage were sent to us. There were no major issues throughout the build. The whole experience of building my new house was completely painless and enjoyable. They happily helped through the whole process and I have ended up with an incredibly well built home that I love. The whole Hotondo team from the top down have been wonderful. Building a new home is a big undertaking. We are often asked if we would do it again and if we would use the same builder? Our answer to both questions is yes.

From the first meeting Darren quickly understood the style of house and finish we were after and we appreciated his willingness to work with us to achieve that end. We also appreciated that he kept an eye out throughout the build process for better ways to achieve what we were wanting and would suggest changes if he thought they made more sense from a design or construction perspective.

Darren and the team at Hotondo made the process far easier than we had anticipated and we now have a home that we love.
