From the moment we walked into the display home we had an amazing experience. Vicki helped us pick out our dream home to fit our odd shaped block. It was no hassle at all to make changes to the plans. Picking out our colours, bricks, flooring and more was made very easy with Ashlee in their showroom. We were kept up to date at every stage, with weekly updates on the app and inspections with Sam when we liked. Our build was completed 1 month ahead of schedule and the final price was exactly what we were quoted before building even started. We would like to thank everyone from Hotondo Homes Launceston for our excellent building experience and our new dream home.

From the start the whole team at Hotondo Launceston were excellent to deal with. They had good advice and knowledge when making changes to the floor plan during design stage. Selecting our fixtures, fittings and colours was made easy in their showroom. Once the build was underway it all went quickly and smoothly with just one supply issue being resolved easily. We are so happy with the quality of workmanship and there were very few defects to note at our pre-handover inspection. We love our new house and are so glad we chose Hotondo Launceston. Would highly recommend the team for both their service and quality of workmanship, they made the process of building a house easy.

When we started the process of our build, Vicki was in contact with us frequently guiding us along the way. Being our first build, we needed the help. If there was ever an issue, Hotondo Launceston always had a solution to help us. We had issues with the land we purchased pre build, the team at Hotondo were very patient with us as we got the issues resolved. From the moment the slab was poured to the handover of the keys it was a seamless process. We inspected the house and it was perfect, a few minor paint touch ups and we were ready to move in. We are now three weeks in and it still feels like a dream. The final cost was the same as the estimated cost.

From the start hotondo Launceston were amazing. They helped us design a split level as our block is sloped. They have so much knowledge and experience. They explained everything in a simple way for us to understand. We can’t fault our build the finishes are amazing it’s more amazing then we ever expected. Well managed build, the Launceston team kept me well informed and well supported in choices. No hidden costs, and our changes were accommodated without fuss. Everything was managed well throughout the build. I changed a few things along the way which wasnt an issue. Workmanship and build quality was great and everything went pretty well as planned.
There were supply issues on some products due to covid but changes were made effortlessly so as to not stall the build.

We have just moved into our newly built home by Hotondo and honestly couldn't be any happier with the outcome of the build. The team at Hotondo homes were welcoming and supportive and communicative throughout the whole process. This made the whole process a lot less stressful as we knew we were in very good hands. Our build was very well managed by the Hotondo team. They're a very welcoming group of people that were always happy to give us an update on our build, have a chat over the phone or to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend going through Hotondo if you're looking or even considering at building. You won't be disappointed.

A bit shout out to the team at Hotondo Homes Launceston. They were very professional and dealt with our changes throughout the build with no fuss. The quality of there workmanship was first class and the finished product perfect in every way, on time and on budget, fantastic.
We intend building our forever home in 12 months time and given our true satisfaction with this build, we will not consider any one other than Sam and his wonderful team for our next project.

We have recently moved into our new home and we're absolutely loving it! Sam and the team at Hotondo Launceston were fantastic to deal with. They were professional and approachable whenever we had questions throughout our whole building process. Update: As of January the company has gone into Liquidation, affecting 20 customer and owing debts of over $1 million, but they were still signing contracts as late as 2 weeks before closing their doors. Hotondo still refuse to respond to customers calls and emails nor media requests and we have all been told to talk to the Liquidator who has already said there is no money available to be paid back.

From beginning to end the service offered from Hotondo Homes Launceston was fantastic. We we're kept well informed along the way. The entry level options were top quality and the workmanship was amazing. Site was always kept clean during the build and Sam and his team were only too happy to answer any questions we had.

From the moment we walked into the office to enquire about the house building process, to the moment we received our keys, the staff of Hotondo Homes Launceston have made this such an enjoyable experience. As young first time home owners with limited experience/knowledge, we were kept involved in the process right from the beginning.
