From the very beginning of our research phase chatting to Jacob Worthington in Huntlee NSW felt natural and easy.
As we are building a Dual Key for the first time we found Jacob extremely helpful and patient with our requests and questions. He was always very prompt in his responses which made us have a clear mind when our heads hit the pillow!

I would have no hesitation in contacting Jacob if we were to build again

I'm new to this process and the House and Land package manager, Carlton Starr, has been very helpful from the first time I spoke with him at Marsden Park. He explained things simply provided me with the necessary information I needed to help me make an informed decision and I found the perfect design to suit my family's needs.

So far, great service. Aaron (New Home Sales Rep.) has been fantastic. He answers every enquiry and request almost immediately.
Aaron has either known the answers to my questions or in the rare case where he had to seek clarification, did this in a timely manner (read "within minutes"). Aaron has the ability to detail his replies in a very clear and easy to understand way.
I have just completed the tender process and I am looking forward to the next step.

Experience was great from the first time we walked into Marsden Park display village. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable and always made us feel welcome. No question, need or want was ever too difficult and he made the process of going through the tender stage easy and straight forward. Highly recommend.

We're new to the process of building but Jacob has been helpful in providing all the info we've needed to get started. He's been very available to field any questions, concerns and helped us make small but important changes that we have had.
As a general note I was also impressed and sold with the transparency on their processes, the inclusions and the different guarantees that they have - fixed price/time to completion.
We're hoping the rest of the build is as easy and if you're after a home consultant we can highly recommend Jacob, thanks for your help!

We were looking at various estates where we could build our first new home and we settled on Huntlee. We were walking around the display village when Jacob saw us and invited us in and showed us the Jasper. We immediately felt welcome and at home. Moving to the Newcastle area was a very emotional move. We had decided to build and commenced looking for an area to start a new chapter in our lives. After inspecting many new estates we agreed on Huntlee.
We must have checked out nearly all of the major builders then finally went to Hudson Homes and met Jacob. We had a few hiccups with the land being sloped more than we thought so had to change our original design however Hudson Homes have gone absolutely above & beyond for us! We even had higher ups in the company working on a design to perfectly suit our family and they have totally exceeded our expectations doing this all in such a short period of time knowing we can only go ahead if we get the builders grant so they truly went above and beyond to have a contract ready for us by the cut off date! The communication with Hudson homes I cannot fault as we have been kept in the loop entirely. Our build hasn’t started yet but we certainly look forward to the future :)

Hi to All !! Please don’t hire these builder or house and land package from any of Hudson homes and there contractors Koala investment parramatta I am not happy with there work !!! They used all old material stuff not fully upgrade

Used cheaper single paint on wall
Inside the laundry paint left uncompleted
Landscaping wasn’t good blaming us for landscaping and I don’t have sound proof windows they said we can’t help with I leave down near the station so much noise coming to my home while my kids are deep sleep they wake ...

We have enjoyed excellent customer service from Trevor at the Marsden Park display village. Trevor has gone over & above talking us through all the details of our build process, various options & tender stage. We have just received our plans. Kelly Johns, Customer Relationship Manager has also done an excellent job so far. Great work!

We're building our second home with Hudson (used a different builder the first time) and have enjoyed the experience from day 1 walking into their Marsden Park display homes. Trevor has made the process of tendering simple and no request has ever been too difficult to get an answer. It felt like a no brainer to go with Hudson. Kelly has kept us up to date with progress as we've finalised plans and gone through council approval etc. so we feel well informed.
The quality of the experience we've had so far has been great and we're looking forward to starting the build to see the end result!

It was extremely daunting picking the right builder, especially being our very first. After doing our research we picked Hudson, and from the first time we spoke to Danny and his team it's been fantastic.

Having no idea of what to expect and what to do, they've been holding our hand the whole way through. The support they have provided and continue to provide has been amazing, nothing is to much and you are dealing with a team (and I have to call out Chenise and Carmila) who genuinely care and can trust.

I have no doubt we've made the right choice in picking Hudson and we are excited about our next phase of construction.

We moved into our 1st home nearly 5 years ago on completion Hudson thought we whete investors well they got that wrong. I will never ever build again with this company.
Iwill commend them that they did try to rectify some issues only for us to hire our own trades and for them to find the issue With the blocked backyard drainage.

Our experience so far with Hudson Homes has been nothing less than exceptional. Being our first build we have felt guided and informed along initial planning stage, in particular thanks to Carlton Starr. They have been very accommodating when we decided to change the complete floor plan and incorporating all our additional design features.

With construction due to start soon, we feel confident that everything will run smoothly and be advised of the progress at each stage.

WORST Experience!!
Delay in the whole process.
Had to pay extra $3500 for delay due to their mistakes.
We chose to tile the whole bathroom and paid for it and never had any tile put behind vanity.
Rainwater tank overflowing when it rains and flows into neighbours property- exclusive to Hudson Homes!!

My experience with Hudson Homes was a 2-1/2 year nightmare. High staff-turnover rates, unannounced delays to the building schedule, interesting interpretations of the contract, and passive-aggressive admin. They even pressured me into editing this review! Help me bring closure to my terrible experience, and choose anyone other than Hudson Homes.

This is Varsha krishna and vijay kumar, we are very happy that we are building with Hudson Homes and especially Carlton is assisting us. He promised that he will be with us through out and I must say he is man of his words. We are taking Land+home package and trust me that’s the best decision which we made. We have chosen Hudson Homes due to a few factors which include some squarer good sized 250-300m2 single stories, good reviews and fixed site costs.
We have just proceeded through the tender acceptance gate, and our customer service rep Trevor from the Marsden Park has been phenomenal.
