Iinet is the best. Speed is good and never drops outs. You are kept informed if there are any work happening in your area, with dates and times in case you might get drop-outs. If you need any assistance at all, their customers service is exceptional. I highly recommend Iinet. Give them a go. You won't be sorry. A1 all-round service.

Good connections, maintains speed except in storms (to be expected)
Have a few outages but nearly always due to NBN screwing around with their network.
Have been happy with the speed, except in the evenings when the traffic load goes up I can see a dip of up to 50%

Have had a few long-term stoppages. Don't know where the fault lay although a call to iinet gave a recording saying they were experiencing a system fault. It was rectified within 24 hours

Reliable connection. Expected speeds normally. Excellent support service by Iinet. Unfortunately lack of competition between limited number of providers does not offer any other choice, although Telstra would never be an option for me.

I have been a customer of iinet for many years and have been very happy with the service provided and pricing. Our internet is very reliable and a good speed depending on how many people are accessing it at once. Any issues we've had (very few over many years) have been sorted quickly with very helpful technicians.

I recently had a problem with dropout on my internet connection, then the other day it dropped out altogether, I tried switching the modem on and off to no avail, so I phoned the support team, the lady was very helpful, but could not fix the problem, but said that she would book a Technician to come to my home, I got a sms on my phone within a minute or so as soon as I hung up saying that a Technician would be there between 8am -12, the next day, well the Technician arrived at 8am on the dot, I was very impressed the his friendly manor and eff...

Connection is generally good, no major dropouts but some fluctuations in speed. Certainly a much faster connection than my previous ADSL2. Iinet have provided excellent customer service and support. This screen shot was taken at 18:10.

Overall our service is very reliable. We have the occasions where we have to turn the modem on and off but overall it is good. Netflix, IView work great. We have never had such great internet. Download 17.35 upload 4.35. The company has excellent customer service. Initially had a few issues but the help desk people were great and extremely patient.

Great service glad I went with iinet best internet I have had ever.
Excellent service from my enquiry to the day of installation. I'm not good with this stuff they talked me though connecting and when NBN was ready they were quick to get me connected. communication in regards to everything was great always knew what was happening. No drop outs ever and fast speeds. Great work iiNet highly recommend them. Thank you

The installer was very informative. He was very organised and the connection was made in well under an hour. There have been no problems. Much easier than installing my new wifi printer!
Speed down is usually just under 50.

Since my upgrade to NBN I haven’t had any major problems. It sometimes takes a little time to connect (I’m using the modem iinet supplied) but when connected I have had no dropouts.

Very reliable hasn’t dropped out once installer was super helpful I don’t have a tv so use it for streaming Netflix ect every night moved house and the change over was so easy

no drop outs at all with my fixed wireless, only had the service for 2 months before moving house. We are now on fttn/b and so far great speed and connection with that to. Great customer service from iinet.
