People that are trying to sign up to infinity broadband they where sold 2 years ago

published

I have given 5 stars because they were the best internet providers that I’d ever been with. Craig the owner called me and I believe all of his loyal customers stating why he was selling and as it was sad I totally understand. Please everyone that’s leaving 1 star read my message explaining why.

Amazing speeds with 0 problems

I have always had amazing speeds, even during peak hours. We are constantly running multiple games/streams/computers etc and it is always 100%. I have been with Infinity for over a year now and had zero problems! I would definitely recommend them to anyone :)

Website down and have written more than a handful of emails to try and sign up- not good service

published

Cant even get signed up and have been trying for nearly 2 weeks now. This is not great service at all and if it reflects what you do get when you get signed up well.....

Fast Connection Great ISP

published

Very fast connection Infinity had me up and running within 3-4 hours. On their Platinum plan as it offers very fast and stable speeds through out the day with no slow downs even during peak hours. Speeds are well and above 90 mbps day and night I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable NBN connection.

Best.. I mean the best isp in aus

published

The best isp in aus hands down. Its not very often there is any good things to say about any telco. But infinity is different from the rest. From the fast setup to the even better speeds than told we would have to the ultra friendly team behind the scenes. Thank you jake and your team for a pleasant surprise when singing up. And helping and understanding with us and patience. It all counts. We are very happy customers!! :)

No customer service, backyard operation

published

This has to be a backyard reseller operation for the nbn, emails go unanswered... when answered they are always answered by [name removed] (owner), upgraded to gold which should provide speeds within 10% of attainable speeds, my line speed is 67mbps, checked speed on Saturday and it maxxed out at 15mbps, streaming was buffering, very disappointing for a supposed premium service, i assume [name removed] is cutting on the CVC to make greater profits, I would not recommend and will be disconnecting my service.

Great service!

published

Set up process was painless. I gave infinity telco a call on the phone gave them my details and had the rest of process taken care for me only having to get involved to confirm some small bits and set up my modem.

Connection is stable and operated as expected.

Very satisfied with the customer service and support! Jake and his team were incredibly patient and communicative and responded to any of my queries in an acceptable time.

Cheers!

Small provider without the bells and whistles

No cheap, but stable. Simple but that's what I need. On their platinum plan as it provides the best contention ratio. Their most stable plan.

First to deliver what they say

Was originally quiet worried about signing up for another ISP after my nightmare with Optus but after spending 4 weeks with these guys i am amazed at their level of customer service and how well the entire process went. I have been getting speeds consistently above 90mbps in peak and non peak times. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get away from the lies of the big guys.

Excellent Customer Service

published

We have connected an ADSL2+ Phone Bundle, unfortunately the Naked ADSL is not available in our area/apartment. But regardless, the pricing of Infinity Telco is quite reasonable and cheaper compared to the other company's additional fees.

What I love about the company is that Jake (General Manager) is very hand-on with the business. He provides excellent customer service and genuine support to his clients.

I've signed with them last month, took a bit longer due to the change of product bundle but I reckon it would take 2 weeks or a little over that normally.

So far the service is great and stable, so positive reviews from me.

Best by far

published

I delt with a guy named Jake, he went above and beyond to help get our nbn connected. We Had troubles after moving into a new area. We were with telstra for 5 years at our old place, when we moved they were of no help to get us connected, so I did my research from this site and used telco infinity, very happy with there support. Definitely worth there 5 stars! Thanks team.

Awesome company, true personalised service!

I chose to go with my NBN service through Infinity Telco after reading great reviews locally on Facebook, and they have exceeded all of my expectations completely. I have not encountered a company that provides this level of service in a long time. With all staff based in Australia, which is also rare, the communication with both their enquiry and tech support people is easy and effective, with honest, helpful information. Overall all, Infinity adopt a very customer-centric approach, and I thoroughly recommend them.

Is Infinity still operating? I can't get a hold of anyone over the phone or chat.

Highly doubtful, I tried for days to contact them via phone call, every call rang out. Emails were also bouncing. The only way I could contact someone was through their Facebook page. Very, very poor experience and service.

Yes, Infinity are still operating as per usual, I know they have been very busy with their Business Customers as of late, so be patient. I rang and spoke with Support (Jake) via Phone in fixing a Bill without any problems whatsoever a bit over 3 weeks ago.

Hi,
I have recently discovered the unreliability of the FTTN NBN. I have 5 days with no internet. Shoddy NBN techs. So I am curious if you offer a 4G backup like Telstra?
Thanks,

Hi Hydraflexx,

Yes, we are about to introduce 4G backup solutions for this exact reason. More and more people are experiencing downtime from the NBN network. 4G backups can be added with our plans.
