Targets what you want and only want.
Looking for medical cover only for a senior. We got the cover we needed at a very good price, can now enjoy our cruise with peace of mind. Will definitely use again in the future.

First time using Insureandgo. Very competitive rates. What I particularly liked was when I asked for a quote for my wife and myself I was told the total cost whereas other insurers were asked for a quote for both of us and they gave a quote that was for only one of us so you had to double the cost. Rather sneaky and dishonest I thought.

I did a lot of searching and found that Insure and Go are by far the best value. Cover was exactly what I needed and it was only a small amount more to cover for my pre existing condition. Very easy to take out the policy online too.

We were able to take our cover for our cruise to New Zealand. Most other companies won't cover cruises at the moment which is very annoying. So happy to get a good value policy.

Good product for medical on board and land
The policy was exactly what I was looking for and it was very competitive price wise .
Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled, I received a refund in approx 3 days

Prevented from travelling by COVID19 Refused Refund
I have used this company over the past 4 years taking out annual policies. No claims by me during these years. Took out a single trip policy in February before the virus to take a cruise in Canada.Asked for a refund in March. Rudely disappointed.

Refuse to refund our insurance when all international travel cancelled by government even though our travel date is 2 months ahead. So uncooperative and same letter sent to everyone!!
Sent email to Complaints department and was returned unknown!! Very shonky company.

Easy to arrange online. Subsequently, a small claim was settled without undue fuss. No sweat. Thats' how it should be. I''l use them again, and recommend others to do the same.

I have used this insurance company for a few years now 2 or 3 trips a year....very happy with the service...although I have never had a claim as such...so we don't really know how good until we claim...we had a trip to China organised for this month the trip was cancelled I rang InsureandGo They gave me a refund for that trip...so very happy with their after sale service..

As I have not had to claim cannot answer this question. The customer service team were very good setting up the insurance. Have used Insure and Go 2 times. Cannot write anything else. Now if you cannot accept few words not submitting review.
