I waited a while for my Roma Entertainment Units but they were worth the wait. Melissa kept me updated and informed every step of the way. She answered all my questions promptly and provided me with the information I needed. Once I received the units I was not disappointed. They were exactly as I'd seen in the showroom. All I needed to do was screw on the legs and handles and they were done.

Satisfied with product, but it initially didnt come with instructions. I had to call up to get these emailed to me. Once I had the instructions it was easy to follow through and get it all setup.

The chairs look fantastic and arrived well packed and protected. No assembly was required. The quality of the build and assembly of the chair appears to be excellent although the comfort level from the wooden back is a little less than we expected and we will look to having some upholstered padding fitted. Seat wise the chair is comfortable enough.

As soon as I saw the Amanda sofa bed in the S Melbourne store I knew it was the one for us. The fabric colour and design were unique and make a statement. Kimberley made my day when I was quoted a better price than on the ticket. She was easy to work with, too.
