Purchased a vehicle from Pacific Isuzu Maroochydore
We purchased a car back in February under finance with this dealership which went through smoothly. During the transaction we clearly stated that we wished to pay it off in the next few months as we would have the money by then, we were advised that this would be ok and it would be around $200 to come out of the finance obviously and we would pay the remainder of the vehicle. Fast forward to June we have asked for a settlement figure and it turns out we have had for 5 months on finance we have had to pay four thousand extra on the car!! absolu...Read more
te disgrace!! I feel we were totally mis-sold this product, we were also advised that the dealership wouldn't get anything for the finance turns out they got a $1000 commission, we said nothing regards to this until we got the settlement figure. We have spoken to them and obviously the car has been sold now so not their problem!!! wouldn't trust them ever!! Do not purchase car especially with finance they don't disclose everything that you are being charged for!! Lets get this straight im complaining about the mis-sold finance not the product I bought!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Isuzu ute ryde will take you for a ryde worst car dealer ever experienced
worst experience ever these guys simply got there paper work signed and used it as leverage to get every last cent they could out of us. They put us in a position where we had no choice but to go else where. We were supposed to be buying our first car and thought it might be a pleasant experience but that was not the case. After leaving a holding deposit prior to viewing a trade in car which we already had valued at another dealer the basically said they cant match the trade in price and used their position of having taken a fee as non refundab...Read more
le to squeeze every last cent out of us. We were also insulted by the salesperson and spoken to in anger certainly not good traits of a sales person. Now the dealer is telling us if we pursue the matter he will counter claim for over $3300 to pay for dealer delivery charges. We alerted the dealer within 36hours of leaving a deposit . A bit rich especially when they told us dealer delivery is a week at best on top of that 4 days after they send me pics of an unregistered car without all the accessories we ordered saying its ready for delivery when its clearly not ready and in a holding yard. Thanks for nothing ryde isuzu uteSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

ISUZU MUX 2018 Cruise control got a problem..
It is good car but actually found one problem. Driving in auto cruise control and changing a gear ratio (without doing anything else) for example from from 4 to 3, instead of switching auto to OFF it is still keeping that ON and the car engine because of low gear starts running high speed and become very noisy. Services are reluctant to fix it. So each time you've got to remember to switch manually cruise control OFF at first and then change the gear but that is nonsense.

Didn't even open the air filter to check it
Had my DMAX 2012 in for service .
Brought it home and checked air filter it was still caked up with dirt and debris from last off road trip.
Straight away went and bought oil and air filter and new oil and did it all again can't trust anything was done.
I would normally complain to dealer but assume they do this as normal practice and we don't know anything about cars.

Slow warranty work
Just on 2 year old D Max twin cab air con warm so we went to dealer rang the next day to see how long a wait for part. We were brushed of with part on back order. Next day rang customer care Australia told them problem and if they could find out how long for part to get in. Took phone number and would ring dealer and get back to me. Rang the next day again and was told person out at the moment but would ring back that day. Same dealer left loose bolts on sump plate. They might be a good ute but there warranty works and after service needs a lot of help.

Werribee Isuzu - Lazy
Werribee Isuzu Service is pretty hopeless. Vehicle has a specific problem with its auto transmission, but all they did was check for software updates. None found, so they just let the vehicle sit in the care park. Lazy incompetents made no effort at all.

Toowoomba Izuzu - Extremely Incompetant
Took our MUX to get checked out in regards to a engine issue (Metallic grinding noise). Initially we got told its just the cold weather, and when we took the car back a 2nd time, we get told its because of a CB radio installation and charged us $85 labour that we didnt authorise. Finallly, after I tested the car myself and had recordings of the grinding sound they tell us there is no oil in one of the compartments. What a joke, Izuzu Toowoomba is untrustworthy and I will never buy an Izuzu car again.

Stay Away from Pennant Hills ISUZU
Two rude conversations with [name removed] the Sales Manager at ISUZU Pennant Hills. The first call he was very rude but the second call today has just taken the cake. When i said to him based on our previous call i won't be doing business with your dealership, his response was "That's fine, i don't want to sell to idiots". I told him "That's fine", and then he proceeded to call me a moron and hung up the phone. Classic example of someone who shouldn't be in customer service who doesn't know how to handle rejection.

Slack Sales TEAM
Travelling via Bathurst after visiting friends. In the throes of changing my vehicle. Fairly well settled on the ISUZU D-Max product.
Clancy Motor Group is located on highway heading east from Bathurst, a multi franchised outlet.
Walked around the displayed vehicles outside. No awareness of any sales people. Entered ISUZU showroom nil people there, walked through the other three or four showrooms Hyundai, Mitsubishi, and so on. Still not a soul in sight.
A female clerk was at a computer in a small enclave. A young male appeared, stood in an...Read more

brand new 2017 D-Max
Why do the lousy dealers not do a $65 wheel alignment in pre delivery, instead of waiting for you to notice that tyres wear at 10,000km They could at least advise you that it has not been done, when you have just paid $45,000. Not happy at all, and would not recommend, especially ISUZU in Maryborough QLD. Then take it to Bob Jane and done for $65, take it to ISUZU and $110 :(

INCONSIDERATE Money Hungry Warranty Dept
Have enjoyed driving my STL D Max so much I bought another one for the wife. On purchase of this vehicle which we bought 930 kms from home I reported to the dealer that the window on the canopy kept opening up all the way home letting the dust in (It has now fallen out). Now lets go 3 years down the track My wife has been deceased for 18 months so her car has been garaged 700 kms from home as i cant drive 2. I decided it was time to get her car repaired only to be told sorry your warranty period expired 3 weeks ago. The dealership Horsham Isuzu...Read more
didn't bother to write it down that I had reported this fault so Isuzu said bad luck buddy warranty period expired!!! Heartless we are talking about a 1 hour job labour only as I have had the window in storage for over a year. I have lost all faith in Isuzu the cars may be great but with no customer service why would I want to buy again. I cant believe they just wouldn't fix it. April 5th 2018 Update: Not Good enough Other stl now car wouldn't start isuzu premium care rung, NRMA attended put car on tow truck sent 330 kms away to Dubbo. Rang dealership next morning only to be told we busy we cant even look at it for 14 days After pressuring isuzu they got the dealer to look at the car at day 9 ringing me at 4.30 pm saying we have changed the battery. I live in the bush how was i suppose to travel 330kms prior to closing time, to collect my car to travel to vic the next day. A interim car was offered from Isuzi with 100kms per day after about 5 days (not even enough kms to travel to pick up my car) i Why a tow truck for a faulty battery and then dealership charged me $50 to put a non genuine battery in, WHY couldn't the nrma check and change the battery without voiding the warranty? I didn't even get an apology from anyone this dealership has at least 9 brands of cars and clearly cant cope I was always taught customer service should come first.Similar opinion? Be Aware
Am in WA and tried to buy the latest MUX in Havana brown colour. Well none in WA and if you want one you have to pay $1400 freight or wait 6 to 9 weeks. So why advertise an SUV in all these colours when you can't get one. They only want to sell the colours they have in stock. Very bad for their business. All the excuses under the sun, there should be a disclaimer no 4x2 in havana brown. New colour, so what, don't advertise it.

Service
I luv my Dmax it has now done 98000 k's since April 2014.
We have found with servicing at some dealers it is poor so much so one of the services said wheel bearing had to be repacked. Just recently I went to Scone NSW for a service they repacked the bearings you could notice the difference. Their service was the best other than Maroochydore Qld and port Augusta SA.
ONE dealer serviced same and did not check the brakes 60 K's later new rear linings and drums.
I would say buy a dmax they are an outstanding 4x4 just so economical.
1 warranty job in 98000 k;s a Shocky.

very unhelpfull . Dont return phone calls
I purchased a brand new Isuzu D Max and been very happy with it's performance for 18 months . Unfortunately after such a short time the stitching on the Drivers seat has come apart . I approched the dealer who took photos to send away . Having heard nothing for a month i called again and was told they had been sent and they would get back to me with a responce .
Another week went by so i rang again and was told it was not a Warrenty issue ' but was general wear & tare . This is a $ 43000 Ute, surely a seat should last longer than 2 years . Fr...Read more

After sales service
I have owned my MUX for one year and the vehicle has been all that I expected, the only issue has been the standard of service from the dealer. I have to check now every time the vehicle is serviced just to make sure all is well and everything has been put back in place especially the oil stick. The lack of quality assurance at the dealership is very sad in this day and age.
The good part is that I cannot fault the vehicle.

Took advantage of travelers charging double the correct fee for Isuzu DMAX service
We were travelling interstate when our Isuzu DMAX was due for its 30,000km service. We checked Isuzu's dealer list and found Midwest Isuzu Trucks were dealers in Geraldton WA. When we called them, they said they normally service Isuzu trucks but they were authorized to service the DMAX. They DID NOT tell us there was a more suitable service outlet servicing utes in Geraldton. We delivered the vehicle to them at 7am and were kept waiting until after 5pm for it to be returned. Another customer had an identical vehicle serviced the same day and we...Read more
compared invoices and he had more work done than we did, but we were charged over $400 more than him because the mechanic who worked on our vehicle was a very slow worker. We confirmed that the correct charge for the 30000km service on our vehicle was $430.00, but we were charged a whopping $905.55, and that was despite the usual wheel rotation not being required because we were getting new tyres 2 days later. When I queried the account I was told they ''probably undercharged the other guy'' and that they had to take our front wheels off to grease the bearings (they took all 4 wheels off the other vehicle, and they claimed to check ALL bearings but apparently did so without removing our rear wheels!). They also said they had to change the bulb on the rear number plate light on our vehicle and claimed that took considerable time. It did! We watched the mechanic and couldn't believe how slowly he worked. I believe Midwest Isuzu took unfair advantage of the fact that we were travelers and had limited capacity to choose a service supplier when passing through an interstate town. I am disgusted at what I believe was an unconscionable rip-off. Sadly, it appears Isuzu takes no responsibility for their dealers' conduct, despite authorizing them. I consider that unsatisfactory and a poor reflection on Isuzu. I have raised complaint with Isuzu Customer Care and am awaiting reply.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I cannot help you with Bundoora. Some have said their pretty efficient at their work, and ensure the vehicle is presented to you in good clean condition.
