I used these guys when travelling to Europe, and during I required a doctor and as well as having my phone stolen. When I made a claim for my expenses, the process was made really easy for me, and they completed the claim in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company, and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent value and very easy to set up. Didn't need to use or claim so difficult to express an opinion....but if the value and set up is anything to go by, im sure the claim process will be as good too.

Excellent value, easy to buy and the price is fantastic. Itrek is easy to navigate and compare levels of coverage. Don't fall for the high priced insurance they have extremely high profit margins more than 200%. I know I was in the travel industry. Have used itrek for over 7 years now and I recommend them to everyone.

We have always have gone itrek after a medical emergency in Thailand which was handled brilliantly by their underwriters Allianz. As we are over 60's they are always highly competitive price wise too.

Fortunately, we didn't need to call on the services of iTrek for this trip. This is a GOOD thing.

However, back in 2010, when the volcano blew its top in Iceland, I was in Marrakesh and a long way from home. The planes were grounded and I was stuck. iTrek covered my expenses as I travelled cross country back to England and then eventually back to Oz. And they did this with no questions asked and no fuss 'n' bother.

I will use iTrek for every trip I make. They do what they say with no fuss and no bother.
