It was very easy to purchase insurance with good customer support and it was the best value for my trip. Unfortunately I had to make a claim, this was a very simple and quick process. The staff on the emergency line were great.

Policy was good value compared to other sites. I didn't need to use it however appeared to cover all the important things such as helicopter evacuation if required. Thank you.

Cant comment about ease of making a claim as I didn't have too, but when purchasing found it was extremely simple ..not to mention cost competitive. Have already recommended it to friends who are thinking about riding larger motorbikes overseas

Insurance required for 7 day cruise to New Caledonia. Most competitive quote for amount of cover. Easy, user friendly process to set up policy online. Didn't have to claim so unsure of that element of customer service.

I chose what seemed to be the most cost effective policy. Fortunately there was no need to test how cost effective it was as no claim was necessary, so hard to comment further

I found iTrek to be really easy to deal with. From arranging an online quote and purchase, to receiving a fast email response to a cover enquiry, they were excellent.
I was surprised I even got a Welcome Home email from them after my policy expired, explaining what to do if I needed to make a claim. Fortunately I didnt, but this gives me an impression that they might also be equally good to deal with in the event of having to make a claim.
I will use them again when I next travel!

I have used Itrek insurance for quite a few years. I use them as I find their rates very reasonable and good value. The website is easy to use, especially with their new updates. I like how they give you a confirmation on the mobile straight away. Fortunately, it hasn't been necessary to put in a claim, so can't comment on this.

It is difficult to rate your customer support service as we didn't need to use it. We felt it was good value overall. Yes, it was easy to set up.

It is so easy to access the ITrek website and arrange your insurance cover quickly and easily. I have checked other options and am happy that ITrek gives me everything I need for the travel I am doing. I have lost count of the number of times I have used ITrek, which started on the recommendation of a friend. I have not had cause to make a claim but feel confident that if I did need to I would be well supported. I have another trip coming up in August and have no hesitation in using ITrek again.

This was the second time I used iTrek travel insurance as I feel that the policy I selected was good value and it was also easy to apply for online as the website is user friendly.

Took out this cover and after realising that I needed higher cover called to upgrade to higher cover or cancel and buy a better policy to be told under no circumstances could I do either. I had to take out a whole new policy which I did with another insurance company. Steer clear of these guys as they really don't offer any customer service or satisfaction. I have used them in the past but never ever will again!

The policy was just the right cover for myself. The medical cover was excellent and provided me with the cover I needed. It allowed me to enjoy my holiday without worry. Obtaining the policy was easy and the fat that you followed up as soon as I was home is excellent customer service.
