Completely dishonest car dealers
Stay away from Nunawading Jeep dealers! They are mainly interested in getting old stock out of their hands and aggressively tried to make us buy their Jeep Cherokee. The dealer did not even know the exact specifications of the Jeep. They are abusive and liars. Checked the Jeep on the Internet and we are lucky we walked away.

Lemon, horrible sales tactics and non-existent after sales service.
Essendon avoid Jeep, Fiat Chrysler Australia and Essendon dealership.
Purchased a Jeep Trailhawk 12 months ago. Has been back 6 times for 16 different issues and has been off the road for 6 weeks total.
Essendon dealership and Fiat Chrysler Australia refuse to take responsibility.
This car has never been off-road. This car can't be trusted on a road. Would you trust it on a steep rocky hill??

Never ever come back again.
3 wks after an expensive log book serviced (brand new Jeep wraggler), the malfunction indicator on. Brought it back to them and they think is the oil injector. So they ordered us a new oil injector from Melbourne. No car to drive for a week and a half. Very difficult when you and the husband both working and kids to drop off and pick up after school. No courtesy car available for loan they said.
Pay nearly $1000 for the oil injector plus the installation.

Guess what... it didn't go away but on the other hand, another different malfunction light came up and it felt like the fuel injector didn't worked properly. Some times the car went very fast then suddenly slow down. I was soooo scare to drive home, my baby and my oldest daughter was in the car with me at the time. Thanks God we were safely home. Monday came, we bought the car back to them and this time they told us to leave the car with them and they'll try to work it out. Another week without a car. This time they think it is to do with the computer system. Another week waiting for the new computer system to arrive from Melbourne. Cost us nearly $1500 for the new computer system plus installation. If they are professional, know what they looking for and the right technology to test for the problem, I wouldn't have to changed the oil injector for nothing. That was nearly $1000. Worse of all, very poor customer service....they don't ring you to let you know what is going on with your car. And when you ring them, they tried to avoid your call. You left many many message for them to call back but they didn't. The front desk girl keep saying they are busy will call you back, but they didn't. They keep you in the dark...extremely frustrated!!!!

Rude Arrogant Buffoons
I wanted a change over price on a 500 pop. They are rude, hopeless and offered without seeing the car 30 percent of the purchase price after 30 months with full service by them.
I would rather eat a yaks back than deal with them.

Bayford jeep dealer is the worst in the world! !!
I bought a Jeep car at Hawthorn East in Melbourne and picked up the car on the end of February 2016. Unfortunately, I had dropped my car 3 times in 3 weeks to fix some problems which the service department couldn't fix properly. I asked the staff which was the one to check my car together with me before I left Hawthorn East Jeep (he absolutely said my car is no any damages). I told him I found a clear scratch on my car's panel. He answered me quickly and said he didn't make the damage and impossible for him to make it. I was really angry and I went to talk to the sales manager. They all shirk the responsibility and had many excuses to say there is impossible for them to make any damages on my car. But I told the sales manager I had checked with the service department's staff in the morning time to make sure there is no any damages on my car before I left and he absolutely agree there is no any damages on my car. I told the sales manager I was not going to ask you to fix my car because I feel scare and l have already lost the confidence to bring my car to your place. I don't know how many damages the service department will make on my car. When I got back home tonight and I found there is a long scratched on the leather seat at the back of the car. It is really terrible and is the most worse experience I have ever had with the car dealership. I really hope my car will not get any more problems in the future because I really don't want to bring the car back to there. They won't take any care of your car after they sold the car. My car totally got 5 damages in 3 times i dropped down my car in that service department. For my car service in the future I will take it to other Jeep's dealership. Lack honesty and integrity
I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from Brighton Jeep. The vehicle that was delivered to me did not match the product description on the sales contract I signed. When I contacted the dealer (having discovered the deception approx. 24 hours after taking possession) to request an exchange or refund, they blankly refused and the Sales Manager was particularly aggressive. The case now sits with Consumer Affairs.
I strongly recommend not dealing with Brighton Jeep. They do not value honesty and integrity and they clearly do not value customer satisfaction.

Knox Jeep Dealership
Popped into Knox Jeep Dealership yesterday to enquire about purchasing two cars. Salesman seemed very uninterested and gave us top retail prices on all vehicles even though I told him that I was here to buy and needed bottom line prices as I needed to make some decisions now. was buying two cars and had a $90k budget - he showed no interest whatsoever and I found him rude and arrogant. My wife vowed that she would leave negative feedback about this dealership to save others from this pain - but I've beat her too it! If that's how they treat their customers pre-sale then I can only imagine that dealing with them post sale would be hell. Knox Jeep- Terrible customer service is an understatement
This dealership is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. They are only interested in you until you finalise the purchase of your car. I could clearly see their real attitude towards customers right from the time, the sale is done. They boast about having 5 star rating. Don't believe them!!! Since i bought my car, I dealt with at least 5 staff ranging from Managers to Sales staff. At the end of every call, they will surely mention ' will call you straight back' when you ask for something and none of them call back.
They are big time unprofessional!!!
Do yourself a big favour and keep yourself away from this dealership.

Worst experience of a new car I have ever had
I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Knox jeep, I had problems with it driving strange so rang the company, they got someone to come out and take my car back to Knox jeep to test it, they sent it back after around 5 days saying it was fixed as they tightened a few things, the car still did not drive properly so I contacted Fiat Chrysler jeep, they took my car thoroughly tested it and told me that the 2 front wheels were facing inwards and that was why my car wasn't driving properly, thank you Fiat Chrysler for checking my car out properly, Sham...Read more

Test Drive Request & Customer Handling
This ASPLEY JEEP dealer doesn't allow customer to test drive their vehicle unless you commit to buy it within 2 weeks, very poor customer service.
They insisted that this type of vehicle is most sold so you have to decide to buy it in 2 weeks time before you drive test the car. No way they will look after the customer needs and requirements.

Bought a car at this dealership in Melbourne - and in fairness got a competitive price but when the finance dept got involved it got very interesting - basically the deal they offered when buying the car went pear shaped when I went to pick up the car and sign the papers, they have a trick whereby they offer a good % rate (to get you to use their finance dept) but then play with the residual payout figure (increase it) and hope you don't notice!

Had a terrible experience with inexperienced salesman, and was then basically railroaded into not buying a car when things didn't work out how they wanted them too. Really unimpressed, would NEVER go back!!

Can anyone tell me why Peter Stevens Ballarat no longer has the franchise to service Jeep, Fiat and more. They had a brand new service centre and as far as I was aware all was well. Went down this morning to book in for a service only to find that I now have to go to Bendigo or Werribee. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They are a beautiful car to drive as well as having plenty of power and good fuel economy. Pain when you have to travel 100 kilometres or more each way to get a service. Appears ridiculous that a town as big as Ballarat looses a service franchise for Jeep, Fiat and more.

Instead we brought our Jeep to Auto Bahn in Balcatta whom are not Jeep specialists. And they fixed our problem within a day. Extremely happy with the service at Auto bahn.
