No contact, no reply, no refund
Like many other reviewers, I cancelled my flights booked through Jetabroad four weeks ago today, received a 'do not reply' acknowledgement email and then nothing. I'm due to fly today. The airlines involved, Finnair and British airways, refer me to Jetabroad. The airlines cancelled the flights weeks ago and sent me notification. No way to contact Jetabroad.

the Scottish tour company I was working with, Rabbies, replied within 24 hours of my cancellation, updated me after a week and notified me of a complete refund yesterday. From one extreme of customer service to the other.

The worst! Do not use ever! Absolute scammers!
Do not refund you the money even if the airline cancelled the flight and said that they are giving refunds. Do not reply to or or get back to you. Do not help. There is no such thing as calling and talking to someone.

We have written to Jetabroad by letter and also sent the forms over the website at the end of March 2020. We have only received back an automated reply. We are anxious to hear from them in person /writing to reassure us that we will be able to get credit for our flights. Our booking ref is LTQCXF. As we are a family of 5 traveling to UK these tickets are of huge value and this is causing us sleepless nights of stress. We understand there is a backlog but we want to make sure that this is actioned before any policy dictates that it is too late. We were due to fly on 15th May.

lack of contact, no help
they made mistakes with my flight ( this was confirmed by the airlines themselves) before covid-19 really was a big deal. I asked multiple times, never got an answer. Been trying to get in contact ever since, over 2 months now. the only non copy-paste message I got told me they have more urgent cases ( this was on the actual day of my flight) and basically that I am not the only person alive. so I am still on the other side of the world.

5 weeks no communication and they still did not contact me within 24 hours of take off
I sent a ticket cancellation request approximately 6 weeks ago (Wedding cancelled in the Kimberley) due to Covid 19. Their policy said they'd get back to me 48 hours prior to flight. The flight was due to take off around 10am TODAY and another flight at 4pm TOMORROW.
Have not heard anything from Jet Abroad AT ALL and neither has the passenger I booked for.
DO NOT BOOK WITH JETABROAD

Best Travel Experience
Like so many businesses the coronavirus came from nowhere and upset and caused impatience with so many people
Jetabroad team calmly sorted everything out for the greatest outcome possible and did not rip Us off
We will be back when we can fly again
We have used Jetabroad for a number of previous flights

Medical condition and no contact from Jetabroad!!! Very disappointed.
Jetabroad I am so disappointed. My family cannot fly due to our son who was hit by a car and is in a coma. We are needed here with him during this frightening time because we are not sure what the future looks like. This had nothing to do with covid19 and I am so disappointed I have heard absolutely nothing from your team after numerous emails. So very disappointed.

After One month cancellation request, zero communication
I sent the flight ticket cancellation request on 25th March 2020, reference number RXLARE.
After chasing them one more time, I got confirmation of cancellation on 30th March 2020.
I gave a call to airline company a call on 3rd April before flight commencement. The airline company staff told me the ticket was still valid.
On 27th April, I sent a request to them asking what's the process status? But I haven't got any reply.
I don't know what is Jetabroad staff working? No reply, no update almost One month

Shocking lack of contact from Jetabroad.
I was unable to board my flight on 26th March due to travel restrictions and then the remaining flights were cancelled by the airline a few days later. I have been filling out online forms and emailing multiple times since mid-March. I have received one email weeks ago to tell me I have a credit with Qantas but no information at all about how to use it, and no response to subsequent emails, only that I have to book by 30th April which is fast approaching.

Zero Communication
Have been trying to make contact for over a month now and have not received any update of my booking. Have 4 flights booked with Jetaboard and unsure what options I have at this stage as all I have received is automated mail.
Waiting until 24 hours before the flight or after it to make contact to respond is frustrating and will surely result in nothing resolved. Also suggesting to contact the airline myself? What is the point of this service again? Can't even respond or manage a booking in over two months.

Qantas have emailed me to cancel the flight for a full credit by the 30th April 2020. Please do not wait until after this date and try charge me.

No contact made regarding flights
I contacted Jetabroad (using the online form submission) regarding the cancellation of a booking for April 10th multiple times leading up to the departure date. When the departure was within 48 hrs I had to myself contact the airline and inform them of the situation with Jetabroad. The airline was SUPER HELPFUL! They reinforced the fact the they cannot coordinate the refunds or credit for us as this needed to be done through Jet abroad. necting and return flights yet to take place. It is now coming up to the return flight date that we are still booked on due to Jetabroad's failure to address our booking. I have lodged another request via the website. If contact is not made prior to the return flight the airline has instructed me to call them and let them know and they can extend the itinerary so that it can still be active when Jetabroad gets around to dealing with it and they are happy to assist in the case that we need to contact the ACCC.1 comment

Shut off all forms of contact, will never use them again
Need to get my booking number as I have lost my itinerary for a up coming flights, but as it does not fit any of their criteria for the on line forms, I cannot contact them, no phone or Email, hopeless, total lack of service.

Awful service, just want my money back.
Flights cancelled due to corona virus. Trying to contact jetabroad in order to get a refund and clarity on the situation. Sent several emails and are yet to receive a reply. Contacted airlines and insurance company who all say jetabroad is liable. Waiting for jet abroad to stand up and take some responsibility.

Covid -19 refund issues.
Along with many others I have been chasing up refunds from companies for a trip planned in late May early June.
With jetabroad being the 3rd party provider of my flights I was very worried to find they had no phone number to call and at the time a horrible star rating on this thread, refund looked very unlikely.

We have submitted our Cancellation/REFUND request last month, 4th of March. We were suppose to fly on the 8th of April from BRISBANE TO THAILAND via Cathay pacific, THAILAND TO PHILIPPINES via Philippine airlines and PHILIPPINES TO BRISBANE via Cathay pacific.
We still havent heard anything from JETABROAD. We will pay REFUND FEES if its necessary.

Singapore airlines are including waiver date to June 30-so when will jetabroad action these refund and share costs etc .it is going on to long. as a consumer we should not have to wait and be treated to robot email responses with no contact numbers

Just an update -Since I posted this jetabroad wrote to me saying I am entitled to a full refund from Singapore airlines/them .I lose $300 which I can live with.I have it in writing so I am a little happier but will be happiest when cash is back

Filled out forms for refund requests for our flights back to UK weeks ago (cancelled by qantas) Due to fly tomorrow and not heard back apart from an initial ‘we have received your request’ email. No way to contact Jetabroad, all phone numbers I have found have been disconnected. The website helpfully suggests that if you are due to fly within 48 hours to contact the airline directly. The airline say to contact jetabroad.
I understand about the pressures/backlog etc but we would just like confirmation that our request is being dealt with and we will not be penalised/out of pocket if this request is dealt with after the departure date as is now looking likely to be the case.
