Shut off all forms of contact, will never use them again

Need to get my booking number as I have lost my itinerary for a up coming flights, but as it does not fit any of their criteria for the on line forms, I cannot contact them, no phone or Email, hopeless, total lack of service.

Flights cancelled due to corona virus. Trying to contact jetabroad in order to get a refund and clarity on the situation. Sent several emails and are yet to receive a reply. Contacted airlines and insurance company who all say jetabroad is liable. Waiting for jet abroad to stand up and take some responsibility.

Reference IK257Q Flight booked on 4/9/19. Jetstar cancelled flight Tokyo to Sydney on 9th May 2020. Jetstar refunded our money sent to Jetabroad 6/3/20. Have not received our refund yet.

We have submitted our Cancellation/REFUND request last month, 4th of March. We were suppose to fly on the 8th of April from BRISBANE TO THAILAND via Cathay pacific, THAILAND TO PHILIPPINES via Philippine airlines and PHILIPPINES TO BRISBANE via Cathay pacific.

We still havent heard anything from JETABROAD. We will pay REFUND FEES if its necessary.

Singapore airlines are including waiver date to June 30-so when will jetabroad action these refund and share costs etc .it is going on to long. as a consumer we should not have to wait and be treated to robot email responses with no contact numbers

Just an update -Since I posted this jetabroad wrote to me saying I am entitled to a full refund from Singapore airlines/them .I lose $300 which I can live with.I have it in writing so I am a little happier but will be happiest when cash is back

Filled out forms for refund requests for our flights back to UK weeks ago (cancelled by qantas) Due to fly tomorrow and not heard back apart from an initial ‘we have received your request’ email. No way to contact Jetabroad, all phone numbers I have found have been disconnected. The website helpfully suggests that if you are due to fly within 48 hours to contact the airline directly. The airline say to contact jetabroad.
I understand about the pressures/backlog etc but we would just like confirmation that our request is being dealt with and we will not be penalised/out of pocket if this request is dealt with after the departure date as is now looking likely to be the case.

I applied for cancellation of my flights weeks ago and have recieved no response whatsoever. I have re-applied this morning. i am happy to take cancellation or airline vouchers to be used again, i would just like some response.

I got a response from Jetabroad. My airfares cost $2.1K. After Jetabroad and Etihad deducted their cancellation fees (for a flight that they cancelled), I would have received a refund of $200. Whaaaaaaaat?
Thankfully, the other option was a credit for future use, which I gladly took.
Once I had someone at Jetabroad to assist me, my problem was solved quickly (thanks [name removed]!). Just wanted to say, the call centre staff at Jetabroad and all other call centres are only the messengers. It is not ok to abuse them. They should be treated with the same respect we expect from them.

Submitted request for change of booking on 11th of March after one of my connecting flights was cancelled and then again on 18th of March, after both connecting flights were cancelled.
Was due to leave 7th of April but still have not received any response from Jetabroad.

Very disappointing

I have written two e-mails over a month ago asking how much it would cost to cancel my ticket and still no reply. No phone number to call or contact.

Website has a pack of lies of the front saying that "online forms" are easier. Real deal is that jetabroad dont care about there customers - though they are more than willing to accept new bookings and take your money in seconds.

No surprises here - avoid these guys like the plague!

I m still waiting for customer service response from last 3 weeks. Its really disappointing that there is no channel of communication except online form on their website. Highly intransparent company . I donot recommend Jetabroad at all.

I have submitted the inline cancellation request since the 24th of March - no response whatsoever from Jetabroad. Surely it wouldn’t take 3 weeks to attend to a backlog of request. My first flight leaves in 2 weeks and haven’t heard anything and will rather you sort it out than waiting till 2-5 days before and contacting the airline to start the whole process again. Your lack of transparency to your customers is quite apalling as there’s really no their way to get to them apart from this online request which we doubt even works!! This is terrible! Other travel and booking agencies have refunded my flights which are much further ahead than this yet nothing from jetabroad!
Really disappointed.

Terrible customer service

There is no way to contact this company in the midst of this pandemic. No phone number or email or anything! just a request form. I sent a form in over a month ago and have yet to hear anything back. Totally unprofessional to shut off all communication

I have been trying to get hold of you but with no luck, I then spoke with Virgin Australia (under your statement on your website says to talk to the airline directly) about the situation - they stated there is nothing which they can do and you hold the refund / next steps. How do we take action again Jetabroad to get our money back? Does anyone know of any class action lawsuits that are active against Jetabroad?

Hi Zoe, I am wondering the same thing, due over 3,000 GBP for flights that airlines cancelled due to COVID-19 - getting nowhere with Jetabroad and interested in taking things further, I've posted a review on Trustpilot UK and Facebook - I believe they are getting refunds from the airlines and not issuing it to the customers in refunds and am worried they are have or will take all the refunds and fold. Darin Walters is the MD as per their website. There has to be a complaints commission in Australia or the European Union to have this resolved. I don't believe anyone will get their money back.

I have had multiple email exchanges with them and they are not providing accurate information and will not acknowledge any of the factual information I am raising with them. We had a ticket with JAL from Melbourne to Tokyo and JAL are issuing full refunds for travel due to any immigration restrictions, which is the case for Australia. Jetabroad are stating I Cann't get a refund and that they will charge me huge fees if I request a refund. They are saying I need to wait until just before the travel date, which again is not accurate according tot he JAL information. Again they will not respond tot he information I am raising. There is a class action in Australia with/through Slater and Gordon against multiple airlines and travel agencies, such as Jetabroad, and I have listed my problems with Jetabroad. I have also listed a complaint with the ACCC. I haven't heard back from either as I imagine they ar e getting inundated. Amanda

We are in negotiations with our credit card company and have asked them to simply ask Jetabroad why they are charging us for a service we didn't receive as it was cancelled by the airlines. It's a simple question. We are also making complaints absolutely anywhere we can. They are a total disgrace and my personal belief is they have no intentions of refunding anyone, they are receiving the refunds from the airlines and plan to keep the money and fold the company and set up under another name.

Hi, I can't get Jetaboard to respond to me. I know it is a crazy busy time but my airline cancelled the flights and I submitted an online request on 1 May but 4 weeks later I have not heard back?

The customer service is terrible. I reported them to consumer affairs and seemed to get some contact after that which is disappointing. Goodluck!

Hi Steph, I hope you don't mind me asking but did you get a positive response? Our flights were due to depart April 2nd and it's now June and we still haven't had anything from Jetabroad. Was it consumer affairs in Australia you reported it to? I am prepared to take it as far as I need to and it this stage, I'm more driven by principle than financial. These guys haven't got a shred of corporate social responsibility.

You can report them to the ACCC - which I have done - and there is a class action through Slater and Gordon against multiple airlines and travel agencies, such as Jetabroad, which I have also submitted my case to.

I have written multiple emails to you guys for a flight change and yet today is my flight day and still no response given. You said will prioritise people who will be flying within 48 hours and I have been patiently waiting without a single response and yet I'm meant to fly today. Reference is CVDYEQ flying from Fuzhou to Sydney with Xiamen Airlines 17th of May. Using the proper way to get in touch but doesn't reply or schedule anything when your meant to fly today are you guys ever going to respond?
